Accueil aimable mais expédié, situation isolée et à plus de 2 Kms de Marsolan. Gite rustique, mais manquant d'entretien a l'extérieur, comme l'intérieur, sanitaires notamment ! et odeur de renfermé et d'humidité ! mal isolé. Beaucoup trop de vieux petits meubles dans salon/séjour, dans un espace réduit ! Seule la cuisine est bien équipée ! Pas fait pour de long séjour, surtout quand il fait chaud !! Les photos du salon séjour ne correspondent plus !

Le gite etait tres poussiereux et odeur derangeante humidite melee a manque dentretien du gite

Nous avons passe le minimum de temps dans la maison car odeur tres genante impreignee dans la maison le menage àlarrivee netait pas tres bien fait Cest le manque dentretien du gite qui nous a vraiment incommodes Nous avons demande sil fallait prendre des draps la reponse ma ete faite le soir de notre arrivee Donc nayant pas porte les draps nous avons fait 1 cheque de 22 euros pour avoir le necessaire . Laccueil succint a ete fait par la famille du loueur celui ci etnt absent Nous avons eu la remise des cles mais manque daccueil au niveau de renseignements sur les vitsites les lacs ... nous avons laisse quelques infos pour le successeur Nous navons prepare aucun repas dans le gite et avons utilise les wc et la salle deau avec un peu de crainte car rien netait tres propre nottament le tapis dans la douches et la balayette des wc et les wc eux memes Bref hors de la maison nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre sejour dans le gers mais nou ne recommanderons pas ce gite

Bon accueil des propriétaires Appartement équipé de tout le nécessaire. Bonne literie. Vue très dégagée sur Lectoure et la campagne gersoise, très calme. A recommander.
