Schöne Ferienwohnung an der Côte d‘Azur

Wir waren Ende März dort. Das Wetter in der Region war trotzdem sehr angenehm. Nun aber zur Ferienwohnung selbst: Sie bietet ausreichend Platz, ist sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir haben unter anderem die Spülmaschine und die Waschmaschine wie auch den traumhaften Ausblick von dem Balkon der Ferienwohnung genossen, die im 2. Stockwerk liegt. Es gibt ausreichend Parkplätze und einen sauberen Pool, allerdings muss man dafür bei Außentemperaturen um die 20 °C unempfindlich gegenüber Kälte sein. Die Vermieter waren gut zu erreichen und die Lage ist grundsätzlich sehr gut. 5 Minuten fußläufig entfernt ist ein sehr guter Bäcker gelegen, und ein Supermarkt ist auch nicht weit. Weitere Vorteile der Wohnung sind das Heizungssystem (eine Luftheizung & Klimaanlagen Kombination die sehr schnell für Wärme sorgen kann) sowie dass der gesamte Bereich umzäunt und mit einem elektrischen Tor verschlossen ist.

Good place

We can recommend this place. Clean with pool and parking, market and restaurant within walking distance. For beach you need car or take free shuttle bus. We would choose same again.

Moderne Ferienwohnung mit Balkon

Alles sehr schön. Gut ausgestattete Wohnung im 2. Stock ohne Aufzug. Balkon mit Morgensonne. Gesicherte Anlage mit Tor. Ideal zum Einkaufen, 5 Minuten ins Zentrum. Schlafräume nicht ganz leise, Fenster besser schließen, dann aber ok Wlan sehr gut und kostenlos Sehr netter Empfang durch die Hausdame, konnten die Wohnung schon früher beziehen.

Schöne Ferienwohnung

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön und gepflegt, wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Sie liegt innerhalb einer ebenfalls gepflegten Anlage mit mehreren Häusern, zu der auch Parkplätze gehören. Diese Anlage ist eingezäunt, das Ein- und Ausfahrtstor sowie weitere Zugangspforten sind stets geschlossen; wir haben bei der Ankunft Transponder zum Öffnen erhalten. Geschäfte sind fußläufig erreichbar, die Strände sind ca. 3km entfernt. In der Hauptsaison fährt ein Bus, der Badegäste kostenlos zum Strand hin und zurück fährt.
