Southern Corsica, Cargèse and Peru beach. Four room villa (separate - one level - 592 sq ft) for 6 persons. Located at the end of a private road (large parking) one mile from the center of Cargèse. Two terraces opening on a large garden (south exposure, 17000 sq ft) planted with trees and flowering bushes, ponds (golden fiches,) overlooking the sea and the whole bay (view on the Omigna genovese tower). Open-concept kitchen, living room, three bedrooms.

Wundervolle Villa

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in Cargese sehr genossen. Das Haus liegt perfekt, in drei Minuten erreicht man den Strand von Peru. Der Garten ist sehr schön und der Vermieter war sehr freundlich. Das oft kritisierte Durchgangszimmer stört nicht wirklich, da jedes Zimmer einen eigenen Ausgang in den Garten hat. Die Einrichtung des Hauses ließ keine Wünsche offen. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit!

Traumhafte Lage

Die Wohnung ist Teil einer Villa oberhalb des schönen Sandstrandes Peru. Die Aussicht ist traumhaft, das Gelände fällt steil ab und man ist auf der Terrasse und im schönen Garten ungestört. Der obere Teil der Villa scheint den Besitzern zu gehören und war leer. Die Wohnung hat 2 Zimmer mit Meerblick und 2 weitere Schlafzimmer. Die Toilette ist ein Durchgangsraum. Im Wohnraum gibt es nur ein Bett, keine weiteren Sitzmöbel. Bei schönem Wetter kein Problem. Die Einrichtung ist schön, müsste aber dringend renoviert werden. In der Küche ist alles da, aber auch hier Austauschbedarf. Direkt am Haus beginnt ein Wanderweg und es gibt unzählige weitere Ausflugsmöglichkeiten. Wir waren hier 2 glückliche Wochen und kämen gern wieder.

bémol pour cette belle demeure

le jardin exceptionnel avec vue sur la mer . heureusement qu'il a fait beau. A quatre , nous aurions manqué de confort. beaucoup de désagréments à l'arrivée, le propriétaire a masqué avec une certaine mauvaise foi. le clic-clac sale, indigne du statut de l'habitation. ( nous avons aidé le propriétaire à le remiser , un lit de 90 a été mis en remplacement,) un abattant de wc mal fixé. il y avait une location linge. ( il a fallu insister pour avoir deux draps et réclamer un torchon propre en échange de celui mis dans le lot) fermeture de la salle de bains douteuse.pinces à linge vieillissantes, banne endommagée depuis longtemps mais là encore, on nous a dit que cela datait de la semaine dernière. Ensuite, la personne qui a fait l'état des lieux de sortie vient sans papier et fait état de l'absence du clic-clac enlevé et remplacé par un lit propre à notre arrivée d'où notre agacement. la douche dans le jardin , au retour de plage est très appréciable. notre séjour passé de ces désagréments à signaler à mon grand regret, a été fort agréable surtout par l'emplacement exceptionnel au dessus de la baie du Péru, et du jardin, des terrasses devant et derrière. la literie de bonne qualité

les photos de l annonce ne correspondent pas à la réalité. il n'est pas précisé qu'il s'agit du bas d'une villa. la 1ere impression à l'arrivée est mauvaise car l'extérieur est négligé et manque d'entretion. store cassé,chaise en mauvais état,végétation qui cache une partie de la vue.
