Located in a magnificent private and guarded domain with beach supervised by lifeguard (July and August) and private pontoon. Direct access to the beaches by the staircase of the domain. All shops nearby.
Villa completely renovated and air conditioned, high quality services. Fully equipped for 10 people with large terrace and a magnificent infinity pool (9x4m) on a wooded and shaded plot of 2000 m2.
Five bedrooms, three bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen (American fridge, induction). All comfort, 2 TV, Hifi, Wifi, DVD player, ping pong table, barbecue.

Idyllic villa in Cap Negre

We had the most fabulous 2 weeks in this stunning villa in Cap Negre. Having holidayed in the area before we had identified this domaine a favourable location …stunning views, a private beach and walkway to the main beach in Cavaliere.. Jean-Francois was a pleasure to deal with and Ursula the housekeeper was most helpful we have already requested to book the same period next year which says it all really !

Magnifique semaine à 2 familles avec ados. L'environnement est calme et les espaces intérieurs comme extérieurs sont très agréables, les photos et descriptions sont représentatives. La villa est très bien équipée. Nous avons tout particulièrement apprécié la terrasse et la piscine ensoleillées toute la journée, avec la vue sur la baie de Cavalière, et un accès très pratique et rapide à la plage (privée et publique). Un séjour au top!

Maison épatante dans un domaine grandiose

Très belle semaine passée dans cette villa confortable au charme indéniable, à la vue magnifique et sans aucun vis-à-vis. Le concert des cigales berçait nos après-midi au bord de la piscine et l’accès à la plage privée du domaine nous a offert des moments de baignade extraordinaires. Le coucher du soleil derrière la colline de Cavalière est superbe.

La terrasse, la piscine et la vue sur Cavalière nous ont tout de suite fait oublier les difficultés de la route. Très bon contact avec les propriétaires et la gouvernante à l'arrivée. Toute la famille a apprécié le séjour dans cette villa.
