Located in a resort area frequented exclusively by middle class Palermo and untouched by mass tourism, it is 200 meters from a sea of ​​mottled green and blue; 5 minutes from the airport Falcone-Borsellino (Palermo) and 20 minutes from the historic center of Palermo.
Go for sea life and day trips to the beautiful places in the provinces of Palermo and Trapani.
It is suitable for couples and families (with children) and is also available for renting single rooms.

Pistachio villa is ideal for a summer vacation or a trip during the other seasons. A base in a quiet location you can reach many tourist destinations thanks to its strategic position close to the airport and the motorway junction.

The heating elements allows maximum comfort even during cold or humid periods.

The essential furniture has been studied in detail and with great taste by an architect expert to make the comfortable and pleasant stay. The whole house has been decorated and furnished in 2016.

The outdoor kitchen with large courtyard is ideal for al fresco dining. The ceramics that are lining the Master Nicoló Giuliano (like all those inside the house). The barbecue is at your disposal.

In the garden there is a solar heated shower. Always in the rock garden a dense vegetation and fragrant flowers and Mediterranean plants will color your holidays.

The large and bright living room has a large mango wood table cheerful dinner. All appliances: washing machine, dishwasher and refrigerator are new.

The rooms are cool and comfortable. The beds with slats are nuov. There are 6 beds for adults and a cheerful bed for small children.

We will always be available for tips and advice of any kind for any needs of our guests.

Secure and good location.
This was a good base to explore this side of Sicily. The outside area was nice and our dogs enjoyed the fenced in area.

Sehr schöne und ruhige Wohnung
Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön und ruhig. Wir haben viele gute Tips bekommen bezüglich Restaurantes und Geschäfte. Alle haben uns sehr zugesagt mit echtem italienischen Essen und Speisen. Die Wohnung ist sehr gross, sauber und ruhig gelegen. Der Steingarten ist ordentlich angelegt. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut für den Winter geeignet da es einen Zentralheizung und Klimaanlagen gibt. Gracie Mille für alles.

Great place to stay
Fabulous property and well equipped. Great location, peaceful but with plenty of local amenities within walking distance, however a car is needed to go any distance. Maria Teresa was a great host, very informative and always contactable to answer any questions. Would definitely recommend.
