Wow! Was not expecting that amazing view
LOVED LOVED LOVED our time at High Peak. Was everything we wanted and needed it to be for a family celebration/get together for xmas.
Cath was so helpful from the moment we booked and we had a lovely cake gifted to us on our arrival.
The cottage itself was ideal for us, a family of 4, a couple and 2 dogs. Ample space.
Everyone said we’ll be going back..but for longer next time! :-)
Thank you for your kind review and we are so glad that you enjoyed your stay. We do hope that you will stay with us again to enjoy the farm and the High Peak
What a great place!
Such a beautiful setting and perfect for that time away from the city.
Thank you for your kind review and we hope that you and your friends will stay with us again in the future
Lovely cottage - immaculate and has everything you'll need
I live close by to this cottage and I rented it for my brother and his family who were coming up from London for a long weekend. It is immaculate, really well-appointed and finished to a very high standard, and it felt really spacious. I wished I was staying in it too! The kids loved the animals and were very appreciative of the freshly baked cake and the eggs that Cath left for them. I think they were amazed to see eggs of different sizes and colours.
I would highly recommend this lovely cottage for a holiday. It's ideal for people who love walking, cycling, and fresh air and it gives easy access to the Peak district in one direction and the nightlife of Manchester in the other.
Thank you for your kind review. We do hope that your family will consider us as a base to stay again in the future the next time that they visit you in New Mills

Really lovely cottage in a lovely spot. Very friendly owners on site. Excellent!
Amazing spot for a bit of relaxation. Local walks are great and the surrounding area has spectacular scenery. Owners made us feel very welcome and let the children meet the animals! Fantastic few days.
Beautifully restored with lovely personal touches
We had a lovely weekend, made very welcome by Cath and David. Cake and tea on arrival!
The barn has been converted with a lot of care and has a real 'solid' feel about it. The location is beautiful, the farm animals gorgeous.
Altogether I would definitely recommend and hope to visit again.
