Old stone sheepfold, restored with all comfort; located 25km south of Ajaccio, 3 km from Portigliolo beach, near the pretty village of Coti Chiavari .. Very beautiful panoramic view of the sea, exceptional site !!! absolute calm, surrounded by a large plot of one hectare of olive and pine trees.

On the ground floor: a living dining room with a double sofa bed, a fully equipped American kitchen with dishwasher, a bathroom with washing machine, a bedroom with a double bed. Upstairs: a large bedroom (30m2) with 2 fixed beds + 2 extra single beds. Located 5 minutes from the beach, (3km), with sailing club, tennis nearby, diving and hiking trails.

Emplacement idyllique - maison vetuste

La vue est magnifique, la terrasse top, le cadre idyllique pour les amoureux de la nature et du calme. Je suis néanmoins déçue de la maison : elle est vétuste, voire sale par endroit, elle a besoin d'être rénovée pour justifier le prix que nous avons payé pour 3 semaines en août. La climatisation n'est pas dans la maison mais uniquement à l'étage et c'est une clim d'appoint, elle fait un bruit de fou... Je n'avais pas suffisamment lu l'annonce en détail pour le savoir avant d'arriver. Il a donc fallu vivre dans le noir pour ne pas mourir de chaud. Le canapé n'est pas confortable. Le terrain fait plus d'un hectare... il n'est en fait pas cloturé... ce n'était pas précisé mais je venais avec deux chiens...qui ont donc pas mal importuné les voisins. Globalement, je suis déçue du rapport qualité/prix.

Une très belle bergerie

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans la bergerie. La vue est fantastique et on ne se lasse pas des couchers de soleil. La bergerie est très bien équipée et aménagée avec goût. Un petit effort sur le ménage rendrait l’endroit absolument parfait. La maison est située à côté de belles plages et de bons restaurants. Nous recommandons chaleureusement cet endroit et remercions Margaux pour sa disponibilité à distance.

Bon séjour

Un bon séjour dans une bergerie atypique avec une belle vue, en retrait dans le maquis. Bonne réactivité des propriétaires et bonne communication. Le confort de la bergerie est bon dans l'ensemble.

Schöne Lage, schlecht gereinigt

Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig und mit schöner Aussicht etwas abseits. Leider ist die Einrichtung veraltet und das Haus sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Wir hatten den Eindruck, dass das Haus schon länger nicht vermietet war bzw. waren die Küche, Bad und die Zimmer in einem sehr schlechten geputzten Zustand. Die Spülmaschine war komplett verdreckt und hat auch nicht funktioniert. Auch wurde diese nicht repariert oder auf die Anfrage seitens des Vermieters reagiert. Alles in allem nicht zu empfehlen.
