A wonderful 2 double bedroom Hyde Park flat, extremely well located in the heart of Bayswater, a sought out area close to Kensington Gardens, Notting Hill and Hyde Park. The Heathrow express (Paddington), Bayswater and Lancaster Gate tubes, buses and trains are all 5 minutes walk away. Bond St, Portobello Rd and the popular Notting Hill are close to explore and the V&A and Natural History museum are a short stroll across the park. Situated in a very central location full of character; there are a lot of wonderful restaurants, bars, cafes and shops within a few minutes walk.

It is a light, spacious and peaceful space in a vibrant neighbourhood. The flat has 2 double bedrooms, (one smaller than the other)and is on the 2nd floor of a listed Victorian building - so there are quite a few stairs. Decorated in a minimal style with many wonderful paintings, it has high ceilings, large windows and oak floors. The apartment is equipped with washing machine, fridge/freezer, coffee maker, smart TV with Netflix and high speed WIFI.

A spacious flat, generous hostess in the perfect location to see the sights of London. There are stairs to climb, otherwise perfect for any age group. An absolute pleasure.

Great location
We have been to London on several occasions and this is our favorite area to stay in and our first time at this apartment. Check-in and check-out could not have been easier. The owner was quick to respond to questions. It was comfortable enough for the 3 of us but with a 4th adult I think it would be a bit tight. As indicated in other reviews, it is within walking distance of many stores, restaurants, Underground stations and things to see and do which makes the location wonderful. Our favorite restaurant is Ceru on Queensway right near the Queensway Station. We love walking in and through Kensington Gardens and the surrounding parks. The Albert Memorial is incredible. I was glad to read in another review that you can take the Elizabeth line to/from Heathrow Airport. I generally use Apple Maps and it did not show me this. I have since found that Google Maps does show it. It's a great in-between option. It's a lot less money than the Heathrow Express and doesn't take much longer. It's also almost twice as fast as taking the other Underground line that makes many stops. Some suggestions for things to see and do, especially if you like history, is The Temple Church (knights Templar) near Fleet Street, St. Bartholomew, Gordon's Wine Bar, plays and have a proper British afternoon tea. Also, visit Greenwich one day, especially the Market, Maritime Museum, Painted Hall and the Observatory.

Nice stay in a great neighborhood
The property is clean and comfortable for our family of four. The kitchen has everything we needed. We were very glad to have a clothes washer and drying rack. The only down side is that there are a lot of stairs to the flat, but you get used to it. The neighborhood is quiet but near great amenities on Queensway and convenient to several Tube lines.

Beautiful old ( Victorian?) property. Roomy, But Be prepared for stairs !!! The bathroom / Shower was an issue with water leakage. Very central position Very quiet.
