like a jewel at night.
Experience a true indulgence of your senses. High above the cares
of the world, feel eye to eye with a pair of gliding pelicans as
they sweep by on the currents of air; but close enough to laugh as
the children attempt their wave boards below. Amaze at the kite
surfers, or watch couples walking the beach hand in hand. You can
watch cruise ships as they sail off for their worldly adventures,
and see the fishing boats zip to and fro. Recline in complete
comfort on our private balcony, in the living room watching the 42
inch flat screen T.V. on the ultra suede Couch Recliner, or in the bedroom with it's own balcony and flat screen.

residential areas. Ours is Contemporary, Modern Direct Oceanfront building
with 24 hour Security and complimentary Valet Service. Our
apartment also has additional self-parking. You will have full use
of our State of the Art Fitness Center directly overlooking the ocean.
Designer inspired furnishings make this condo a joy to be in. Carefully selected for comfort as well as beautiful clean lines, your comfort is assured. Clean, gleaming
granite and marble counter-tops with stainless steel appliances, the
kitchen is fully stocked with fun and functional dishes, serving and
cooking utensils and bar-ware. The bedroom is an oasis of serenity
and comfort and has a feel of being a continuation of the sky and
sea...but glide shut the Luminaire remote controlled blinds, and
doze lazily after a sun filled day at the beach, pool, and pier
bar. The ultra comfortable plush but firm King size bed with luxurious
bedding will make you feel just heavenly.
The large master bathroom has an extra-large shower as well as
tub. There is an additional powder room with Eurodesign sink, as
well as a laundry room with full size washer and dryer - no need to
take your laundry to public washers down the hall.
Iain and I really appreciate the greater Miami Beach Area, and love to make available this Very Special Property for our guests to enjoy. We get the greatest comments and it make s us very happy to see the joy we can share.

We just spent 10 wonderful days at Yona and Iain's condo on Sunny Isles Beach.
When we arrived, Yona promptly met us to show us around and give us the tour of the place.
The views from both balconies are great and I still miss the sound of the ocean.
The condo is perfectly located in that we also walked to alot of restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores, etc.
It was our first experience with renting a condo and Yona made it very easy for us.
We had a great time and hope that you will too.

The apartment is great and the view astounding. Will definitely return for our next vacation.
The condo is exactly as the pictures portray it to be, but doesn't show you the nice sized walk in closet, big tiled shower, fully stocked laundry room with all beach accessories, chairs, games, towels, and boogie board. The kitchen was fully stocked with every essential you would need to feel right at home, and had all of those helpful appliances to make life easier while away from home. The views were great from both balconies, and could even see the Miami skyline. I could go on and on about what a great condo this is, but the best part is the owners, who made our stay so relaxed and were so helpful with all the the amenities and how to use them, as well as being a truly, wonderful couple to rent from. The condo and the owners both get a 5 star rating.
The apartment was as described, well equipped with superb sea views. The owners provided an excellent service with great communication before our stay and throughout. The La Perla building is well presented and located on the beach.
A couple of small things to be aware of are the extra charges for security passes ($20 each) which you must have just to get around the building, and parking ($10 one off payment) which was very good value for valet parking for the duration of our stay (2 weeks).
I suppose the only other niggle was the charge to use the "public" pier $2 each just to walk on but this was dependent on which attendant was on duty (not really any thing to do with the owners but something to be aware of)
Overall a good experience, a credit to the owners Yona & Iain who were helpful and friendly people to deal with.
We had such a great stay at Yona's condo! The actual condo was even better than the pictures! It seemed like it had absolutely everything - kitchen utensils, pots, pans, even spices and condiments, cleaning supplies. It also had anything you might want for the beach - chairs, tote bag, cooler, umbrellas, and other beach stuff.
The condo was clean and beautiful - we loved the view from both balconies, and of course the little futon outside was so comfortable! The building is very clean and safe - secured entrance with a concierge on duty, and valet service is awesome. So convenient, especially at a location like this one, where finding parking is really hard. There is also a pool near the beach, private to the building. On the beach there is a free service - umbrellas and cots with mattresses.
The location is great - all the stores are nearby, lots of restaurants and cafes, Aventura mall is close by as well. There is also a local bus that stops right near the building, so you really don't even need the car.
Yona and Iain were so wonderful - they were always quick to respond to any questions we had even before we arrived.
I would definitely recommend this condo to my friends, and I hope to come back there, too.

Everything here is just fantastic and we have had a wonderful time. The building is upscaled and located in a decent, safe neighborhood. MacDonald, Epicure, Starbucks, and a bunch of shopping areas and restaurants are all within walking distance. The staff is quite pleasant, polite and helpful.
Overall the property is meticulously maintained; every room is generously sized, thoughtfully decorated and fully functional. It is tidy and clean in every way. Even though the property is next to route A-1-A, it is still very quite thanks to the high quality sound proof.
The master suite has a king bed and is complimented with a floor to ceiling window which opens to a balcony overlooking the beach 18 story below; its southeast orientation helps avoid direct sun exposure in the early morning. The full bath has a huge shower, tub, and a double sink. The living room also has a beach facing balcony. The kitchen is quite ample with a 4-stove range, double sink, full sized fridge, microwave, toaster, and a wonderful collection of useful utensils and heavy duty ceramic. A generous supply of cooking materials are provided, which I haven't seen in other vacation rental properties. There is a half bath, which is connected with a laundry room.
The hallway is bright, clean and smells fresh. More to our surprise is that we never had noise from the hallway or neighbors. The two elevators are quiet and fast; we rarely had to wait more than a minute for the elevator.
This is indeed a gem on the beach and I would highly recommend to any vacationer heading for the Sunny Isles Beach!
After having spent our honeymoon there in 2011 this was already our 2nd vacation in this great condo, this time with our 2 year old son. This location is just perfect: very spacious, a stunning ocean view from two balconies (waking up in the morning, opening the curtain by pressing a button on the respective remote controll and enjoying the ocean view right from the comfortable bed is just wonderful), and equipped with everything you could imagine (and even more) to spend a perfect vacation.
The building is located directly at the beach, hence its just a short elevator-trip and you are there. Our son loved the kids playroom which is located a few floors lower.

Our Guests need to Register with the Management Office and will receive their ID's and FOBS and Parking Decal, which will allow them full use of our wonderful Beachfront and Pool Services such as Chair and Umbrella services and Towel Service, and use of all amenities. Guests pay the Administration Registration Fees which typically total $50 in total which includes 2 Picture IDs w Fobs and Parking Decal for the full length of the stay.
