306W is like no other unit. It has been completely remodeled with granite counter-tops, stainless steel appliances, and a designer bathroom. It is an idyllic vacation residence with charming nautical antiques,
elegant glass lamps, original oil paintings and artwork. With magnificent amazon sand-tile
throughout, and a colorful and contemporary residence, you can taste the Emeral Coast in everything.
You'll have a DVD library, two HD Flat Screen TV's, King size bed with down-feather accents, and the spectacle of
the sun slipping below the horizon.
Panoramic windows showcase the beach from all angles. Build castles on the sand in the day, but live
in the beauty and comfort of a castle at night.
We are right next door to Pineapple Willey's, Fat Tuesday's Daquari
Bar, and the new world famous blues club. Eat, Drink, Dance, and

Stayed there in September 2015. Pros: The view is great and the bathroom is cute. Steven replies quickly. Cons: More of a cleaning issue than anything - there was no toilet paper, paper towels, dish liquid, or any of the stuff the sheet said would be there. I took a shower the first night and walked barefoot for a few minutes and my feet were dirty. I went and bought some cleaner and mopped the floors (not something I expect to do on vacation) and the water was filthy. The carpet in the bedroom was so nasty that we went and bought some clear runners to put down. The owner did reply that a pipe had burst and the carpet got wet. He assured me the unit is always worst at the end of the season and that he was going down in November to replace the carpet and make repairs. There is no table to eat at. A table could be placed where the large console is between the kitchen and living room. There was also no blender - we had to buy a blender.
This review is for our 4th stay in this wonderful condo! The location of this condo is the reason we keep coming back. It is right next door to pineapple willy's and 1/4 mile from walmart. (our home away from home)

This condo was awesome! My stay here was incredible! This condo was cozy, with a roomy layout of the space. The furniture was clean and comfortable and had been recently updated. The bed was super awesome! I slept the whole night through every night which is unusual for me at home. My vacation turned out to be a bit of a surprise. I originally thought that i was taking this trip with my cousin Mary. She lives in Kentucky and I live in Oklahoma and we were going to meet up at the condo in Florida. Little did I know my cousin wasn't coming on vacation but my boyfriend was instead. They plotted this whole plan to trick me. When I arrived to the condo I was really surprised to see my boyfriend waiting outside of the room for me!A few days into the trip we decided to have a whole day dedicated to me and do whatever I wanted to do. My day was full of fun! I really recommend Shell Island! Later that night we cooked dinner and ate on the balcony at sunset. After dinner we went for a walk on the beach and next thing i know my boyfriend got down on one knee in the sand and proposed!!! I was shocked! It was beautiful!
This condo has great security as well. During Spring Break there are vast amounts of younger people, parties, etc. We got lucky because we were on a very quiet floor. A very nice elderly woman lives next door... she was so sweet!
The only "little downside" to the trip was traveling to resturants. There are a couple good places within walking distance but with such large crowds or young people we wanted to go places not so close but because of the heavy flow of people the first weekend we stayed it took us an hour to drive less than a mile. Once the new week rolled around all of that changed. Don't get me wrong, we are only 25 years old but were just not into the whole "party" scene.
Our favorite resturant was Captin Andersons... It is a little expensive but definetly worth it! The best seafood and drinks I ever had.
My trip was amazing and I hope that maybe one day we will have an oppurtunity to stay here again and relive our engagement!
p.s. We ususually would wake up around 9am and almost every morning we could see dolphins swimming in the ocean from our balcony.
My family and I stayed in this condo this past October and it was fantastic! The condo itself is gorgeous and the view in incredible, we loved having front row seats to the sunset every night. The building is the one that is closest to Pineapple Willy's and is also very close to Wal-Mart, gift shops, dining, pretty much everything! I loved sleeping on the bed (it's a nice roomy king) and I'm trying to talk my husband into doing our shower here at our house similar to the way Steven had the condo's done, you'll love it! This was our second trip to PCB as a family and our first time staying in this particular condo, and as long as Steven's renting it, we'll be renting it from him, thanks Steven! :)

A refundable security deposit of $100.00 will hold a reservation.
