Catharine operated 'Old Mil House Bed and Breakfast' in Eatonville, Wa, pioneering many B & B Traditions..Theme Rooms (F Scott Fitzgerald, Lucky Lindy, Isadorah Duncan, Bessie Smith, Murder Mysteries (you had to wear a costume to breakfast, if only a hat) and great food. We purchased Copper Creek Lodge in 2002, restoring the 2000 sq.ft original log cabin to its former glory, adding the modern amenities of Side By Side Fridge, Gas Stove and oven, Central Heating and private hot tub to complement the 2 story stone fireplace in the great room. Copper Creek Lodge was featured in a recent Seattle Times story on log cabins in the Mt. Rainier area.

A gem for a family vacation!

  • 5 of 5

A perfect retreat for a family outing! We rented the same Copper Creek Lodge twice: ten years ago and now with our son's family and their 7 year old twins. What a delight!

The Copper Creek cabins are clustered around spacious perfectly well kept grounds, bordered by the pristine babbling copper creek. The cabins are clean, well appointed and the kitchen so well equipped that we decided to stay in for all meals - even though the cozy Copper Creek Inn, a part of the compound, is just around the corner with its most tempting menu. Everything is so well done and managed in a friendly and unobtrusive way.We can't think of a more attractive log cabin vacation spot, just minutes from the Rainier Park entrance to Paradise. Would we come back? Of course. Would we recommend it for other families? We have already done so and will continue to sing Copper Creek's praises! Wolfgang and Francesca Mack and our most appreciative family.

Wonderful place for groups!

  • 5 of 5

We were a group of ten fiber enthusiests who stayed in Cabin Creek Lodge for two nights. The lodge had everything we needed- including a hot tub. It was a memorable time and we all wished we could stay another night- or two! I think this trip will become an annual event!

From the Owner

Copper Creek Lodge is on 12 forested acres surrounded by protected forest with Copper Creek intersecting the property. Staying in the Lodge is like living in the National Park. Enjoy the natural setting and all the amenities of first class accommodations travelers from around the world expect..Beautiful location, King and Queen beds, feather pillows, down and alternative comforters, french roast, whole bean coffee in the cabin, full kitchen, fireplace, firepit and BBQ. We provide the most private of cabins while offering a favored venue for weddings up to 150 guests in our outdoor natural amphitheater with bench seats with backs. We have priced Copper Creek Lodge reasonably. We believe value, beauty, quality of the accommodations and experience, along with being only 2 minutes to the entrance to Mt. Rainier National Park, are the reasons our guests voted us #1 in the King 5 TV Evening Magazine "Best Cabins in the Northwest" competition 2 years in a row.
