About Sue Otto

Realtor for Pacific Sotheby's International Realty in San Diego, CA

Sue Otto purchased this condo in 2005

Why Sue Otto chose Summit County Colorado

I grew up skiing on the east coast but after attending University of Colorado: Boulder, I never went back to those slopes. I fell in love with Colorado and it became our family tradition to ski there every winter. We purchased this condo because it is so centrally located and we can easily ski Vail, Beaver Creek, Copper, Keystone, Breckenridge, or A Basin. We also selected this condo because the clubhouse offers better amenities than any other complex in the area. With its indoor heated pool, indoor and 3 outdoor hot tubs, racquet ball court, tennis courts, steam room, sauna, and laundromat it has everything. Most other complexes we looked at before buying this condo had only one hot tub.

Guestbook comments from the owner

This condo is so charming I didn't want to go home. First off, the condo feels more like a ski chalet with its cathedral ceilings and 2 story windows overlooking the White River National Forest. The slate stone fireplace, wooden snow shoes on the walls, and cute moose bedding enhances the cabin feeling. Since our last visit the home was remodeled and features new stainless steel appliances, tile flooring, upgraded lighting, new paint and more. The home is very cozy with double pillow top mattresses and plush bedding. No sleeping on hard mattresses with thin blankets here! My kids relished having their own quarters in the fun loft upstairs - 2 full size beds, walk in closet, and full bath. My husband and I enjoyed our privacy in the downstairs master suite with its own bath. Not only does this place ooze mountain charm but the clubhouse is amazing - heated indoor pool, 4 hot tubs, raquet ball court, steam room, sauna, laundry facilities, tennis courts, and more. After a full day of skiing, we would spend hours playing at the clubhouse. My kids went to bed happy! Definitely returning.

Charming Townhouse

  • 5 of 5

Our stay could not have been better. First of all Frisco is a lovely town with great shops. Secondly, this townhouse is perfectly located away from noise. It was great for a family of 4. My two kids stayed upstairs in the loft area and my husband and I had a separate bedroom. The townhouse was stocked with every thing we needed, PLUS MORE. Beautiful View of the Mountains. Sue was great and easy to work with.

Plenty of room for our party of six, great view from the patio, perfect place for weekend getaway!

  • 5 of 5

The property was exactly what we were looking for, plenty of space, nice amenities, the pool house delivered, and the underground covered parking was ideal. If we are to return to this area, we will most likely look into staying at this property again.

Cozy, comfortable stay

  • 4 of 5

We had a comfortable stay at Sue's apartment. It was plenty big enough for us and our two boys. We loved the quiet location and mountain outlook. The hot tubs and heated pool were a treat for the boys. Overall a great place for a mountain escape.

Very clean and nicely decorated. Fireplace worked great. We really enjoyed our stay. Location is very convenient and near many trail heads. We saw four moose! Only thing lacking was another couch so everyone could watch tv comfortably. Would return anytime!! Very nice condo!

Great property for a family of 8...4 adults...4 teens/child...that included skiers and snowboarders.

  • 5 of 5

The property had enough sleeping area for our family although the sofa sleeper was not comfortable for 2 sleeping adults. We did bring an air mattress so only one person had to sleep on the sofa sleeper which was then more comfortable. We usually ate breakfast and dinners in the condo. The kitchen had all the necessary equipment to prepare meals and the necessary dishes/utensils to use for the meals. The two full bathrooms were great for accommodating the needs of 8 people. The view out the back deck was beautiful, especially when snowfalls decorated the mountains behind the condo. The location of this property was great for skiers, snowboarders, and shoppers. We were only minutes away from Breckenridge, Copper Mountain, Keystone, and Arapahoe. Our shoppers enjoyed the unique shops in all the communities near the ski facilities. We also made use of the Summit County free shuttle service that was only about a mile from the condo in Frisco. Our youngest family member, 10 years old, especially enjoyed the swimming area in the club house that we had access to about a block away. The property was reasonably priced and easily accessible and we would highly recommend it to anyone!

This place was perfect

  • 5 of 5

A group of 5 of us stayed in this property for 3 nights and I'm not sure we could have found a better place. Great location to the mountains and to downtown frisco. The place was very roomy for the 5 of us, and the directions from Sue were very easy to understand. The access to the clubhouse with 4 hot tubs made this place even better than we could have imagined. Would definitely stay here again, and recommend it to anyone
