I have had the pleasure of staying in his townhouse for two months each of the past three years. The place was ideal for us. On each occasion we had our children and their children stay with us for part of the time. There was plenty of room for us.
The view and the short walk to the beach is a dream.
The townhouse is situated in a very sane condo complex. We found the neighbours to be kind and respectful.
One of the strongest selling points is the owner himself: a gentleman, who responds quickly to any request.
I hope to stay there again.
We had a great time in this townhouse at Cocoa Beach. The location couldn't have been any more convenient. Everything was nearby and you could do without a car if you fly in. There were many good restaurants in walking distance. The oceanfront view here was great and we saw a rocket launch one night from Kennedy Space Center. Having your own private garage with a remote opener was an unexpected plus. The kitchen was well equipped and the owner was great to work with. He quickly took care of any problems we encountered.
