Family vacation

This year was my first year visiting Wildwood and I wanted to stay close to the beach and the boardwalk so this condo was in the perfect location. Overall I thought this condo was as clean as can be expected from a rental and the location was perfect (it takes less than a minute to walk from the front door to the boardwalk). The condo is nicely decorated and furnished, and the kitchen is well stocked with everything I needed for the week. The master bedrooms were spacious as were the bathrooms (although it was difficult to not have a fan in the bathroom as it got very hot in there). I was a little disappointed in the bunkbeds and the trundle bed as they were both in need of repair and I would not trust anyone older then 10 to sleep on the top bunk as it did not seem sturdy enough to support much weight. The unit has wi-fi but it kept going down, which was very inconvenient when a few members of my family were working during the week and needed access to the internet. My biggest complaint was the parking. There is a garage with two parking spots for the unit, but the garage is shared with another unit. The garage is very small and twice I had to knock on the neighbor’s door to have them move their car as they were parked in a way where I could not get mine out without hitting their car. Both units had SUV’s and the garage is just not big enough for larger cars. Overall I liked this condo and would be happy to stay there again if it were not for the parking situation.

Owner's Response: PLEASE DISREGARD THIS REVIEW. This review does not belong to this property. I have 60+ ads on these Homeaway websites and this renter posted her review on the wrong property! I've asked Homeaway to remove this, but they refused. This renter is NOT talking about 410 E Lavender Road, Wildwood Crest. There are no bunk beds here, there is no shared garage, etc. These details are wrong. The review below it IS obviously correct. (This condominium association is called Avanti by the Sea.) This condo exceeded all expectations! It is always a little nerve wracking booking a vacation rental on the internet. You never know who to trust or what you are going to find when you arrive, which is why I prefer to rent through an agency so that you know that there will be people there to help you if things are not right. The ladies at Don Martin Realty are top notch. They are all friendly and helpful and so quick to respond to questions, even late at night! If you are an email/text person like me, you will be very pleased. The condo was spotlessly clean and comfortable. We loved the very big TV in the living room. We will be back.
