Angled setting on beautiful St Pete beach at 4th floor is

best that can be found. Sheltered from cool winds and

catches the southerly breezes and even see surfers when there are good waves.

What makes this condo unique

Water ,water everywhere views in condo and very private balcony. Fourth floor is just right height , no sand blowing and great views and birds fly by at this level and good distant viewing including sunset views from the balcony.

I am not lost, I am in paradise was a sign that I put on my door at work when I left for my 2 week vacation. It was paradise. When we arrived to pick up the keys, the woman at the desk was very nice and helpful. She gave us directions on how to get to the condo. We have been to a lot of condos and I have to say that this one was very clean. It also was decorated nicely. We had a spectacular view of the ocean and the beach.

Unit 407 is a privately owned condominium that sleeps up to 6 people and is great for couples and small families. Master Bedroom has private full bath with shower and a King bed which looks down the beach The Guest Bedroom has two Twin Beds and has views of Gulf and Beach. All linens needed provided. LR has upholstered Queen pull-out sofa sleeper and love seat. High chairs available if ordered in advance and add'l fee may apply. Renovated to Classic British Colonial style just under 1000 square feet is completed. Wall to wall rug installed 20and sleeper and love seat . Upgraded Kitchen and baths with granite counters and tile.Kitchen is fully equipped with pots,plates,glassware and silverware and cups and bowls. Kitchen has combo microwave-convection oven. Three LED-Cable TVs(48'SMART-TV in LR), air conditioning and in Unit-limited local service- telephone and of course FREE WIFI. On site amenities include beautiful grounds, heated pool,lounge chairs,barbecue grills,shuffleboard and fitness center and laundry facility. Covered garage and Guest parking is on-site with limited to one car parking . SORRY NO PETS ALLOWED and Unit 407 is a NON-SMOKING condo.

The perfect spot

Third time we stayed here. The location is perfect and we had a great family reunion. My brothers also rented at Caprice and enjoyed their condos. We will stay here again for sure. The beds were great but sofa a bit uncomfortable. Only because it had a slipcover that tends to slide on leather. But the condo did have brand new carpeting. We'll be back!

Very nice place in an awesome location!!

We spent a whole week in this condo and enjoyed every minute of it. The condo was clean and easy to access, has great amenities, and the view from the balcony was awesome! This unit is at the end of the floor, so you don't even know there is anyone else around. We loved it and would recommend this condo to anyone looking to relax and enjoy the beauty of the gulf.

Wonderful Condo!

This is a great condo with excellent views! We could see dolphins from our balcony. Great location - it's not the busy end of the beach. Plenty and restaurants within walking distance. We will be staying here again! Very clean!

Wonderful Stay

My husband and I had a wonderful stay. The unit is very well appointed, clean, and comfortable. We especially enjoyed our morning coffee out on the balcony watching the dolphins that were in the area every day. We would definitely stay in this unit again.

I never need to travel elsewhere!!

My family was in need of the perfect home away from home.....but we never wanted to leave caprice 407! Dolphins daily! Great ice team shop near by! Fantastic beach to play with my kids! The most stunning views every second on the balcony! Condo was immaculate, spacious, a joy to be in! We have found our paradise! Cheers! From: susanne

Very highly recommended condo

Stayed here for 5 nights early December on our annual high school girlfriends' trip; myself & two friends. Plenty of room, even in the second bedroom with two twin beds. The views from both bedrooms and the living room are excellent. Your balcony, which has a lounge chair & a table with 4 chairs, faces the ocean--yes, we also saw dolphins right from our balcony! You are right ON the beach! Extremely quiet & clean. Loved the beach chairs in the closet. Kitchen very well equipped, décor very nice, plenty of furniture, beds comfy. Within walking distance of several fun things. A very short drive along the coast to John's Pass. If I ever return to SPB, I'll seek availability at this condo. Even if we never get to experience SPB again, I'll inquire of the owners other properties in different locations. Trouble-free reservation, payment, check-in & out. (The only thing I would suggest is a drop-off for keys upon departure. We arrived after 6pm so picked keys up from box outside off-side office. Same with our 5am departure---had to leave our keys in the drop box at the off-site office. A box right at the property would certainly be way more convenient.)

Booking/Cleaning Fee $160 + Tax
Tax Rate 13.0%

Monthly cleaning fee is negotiated with Resort Rentals depending upon how often requested for monthly stays.
Preferably we rent 407 weekly SAT to SAT but will consider shorter stays as last minute fill-ins and from Sept15 to
Nov 15 period and of course for stays over 2 weeks we will allow non SAT to SAT stays.

Payment and reservation is finalized and made through my Agent Resort Rentals of St Pete Beach.
Cancellation requires 45 days notice for stays up to 4 weeks and 60 days notice for stays 4 weeks and longer prior to arrival for a refund, however, a $100 administrative fee will be deducted. For your protection, please consider obtaining Travel Insurance,
