Flagler Beach is truly a beautiful town, and one of the last quaint beachside towns in Florida. You won't find fast food restaurants, neon lights, or traffic jams in Flagler Beach! Instead, you'll find open-air seaside cafes, fine restaurants, small shops, and a fantastic farmer's market next to the fishing pier every Friday and Saturday morning.

Flagler Beach is surrounded by state parks and protected wetlands, so it attracts a variety of wildlife and birds. You can easily watch dolphins from your balcony, or view pelicans and seagulls gliding past your window.

No matter how you prefer to spend your time on vacation, Flagler Beach offers it all. If you like to sunbathe or nap on the beach, you will love the quiet tranquility of this paradise. (On a busy Saturday, you might count 10 other people all day!) Feeling thirsty? Unlike many other places in Florida, it is legal to drink on the beach here, so you can sip your favorite cocktail while listening to

the splashing of the waves!

If you like boating, the Flagler Beach public boat launch is less than 3 miles from the condo. You can cruise down the Inter Coastal Waterway, or just watch boats from the boardwalk.

In addition to the beauty available right outside your door, nature lovers will enjoy walking in one of the three Florida State Parks. If you are interested in biking, there are 25 miles of oceanfront bike paths right out your door. And, a short 15 miles drive north along the beach will bring you to Marineland, the world's first Oceanarium. 'Sea Hunt' was filmed here!!

Feeling more ambitious? Flagler Beach is conveniently located just 40 minutes south of St. Augustine...America's oldest city! St. Augustine is full of history, beautiful architecture, charm, and great shopping.

Maybe you're in the mood for a drive on the beach? Daytona Beach is just 20 minutes to the south. Flagler Beach provides a great gateway to many other interesting areas as well.

How about a day of fun and adventure in Orlando? You can easily spend the day at Disney World, Sea World, Epcot, or one of the other major attractions, and then return for a walk on the beach or a swim in the pool!

If you would like to marvel at the JFK Space Center in Cape Canaveral, it is only about 75 minutes south of Flagler Beach.

Guestbook comments from the manager

Flagler Beach is such a charming town, with great beaches and nice restaurants. There are no fast food restaurants, only charming small owner businesses. Great town. This is my third year renting this condo, and I love how clean it is, along with the great ocean views.

Very Disappointing

  • 1 of 5

This was the worse rental my wife and I have ever stayed in. Started with very little instructions on how to enter the Condo. No attendant at the building and you need to find and access the lockbox in order to enter the building. Arrived around 5 PM on Saturday and called the rental office which was closed. Left a message that we couldn't get into the building and never received a return call. We were lucky that a resident came out to walk her dog and was able to help. Condo has a serious humidity problem. The aluminum window frames are corroded, the rack in the freezer is rusted, even after running the AC for several days my wife had a hard time sleeping because the sheets felt damp. The shower curtain liner was covered with mold on the bottom and we went out and bought a new one. The sliding door for the balcony is held closed with a board. Buyer beware of rental units on this site.

Great Experience!

  • 5 of 5

What a beautiful location! The condo has the best views of the ocean, and Flagler Beach is a charming little town. There are so many wonderful shops and restaurants, and the Farmers' Market every Friday and Saturday is nice. Perfect relaxing vacation, in a clean and charming condo. I can't wait to stay here again.

Great views, with clean, comfortable accomodations

  • 5 of 5

The apartment has a large king size bed that faces the ocean. I woke up every day to a beautiful view. There is a washer/dryer which is nice. The balcony has views of the intercoastal, and I could watch boats sail by. And the balcony has ocean view too, and we saw dolphins!!!

Very Disappointed

  • 1 of 5

We have stayed at various condos in Flagler Beach for the last ten years. We usually rent directly from the owner but this time rented through the East Coast Premier Properties for this property. The property overall is outdated and the lobby kind of smelled funny. We only got one copy of keys and a key is needed to go anywhere in this building (outside, pool, beach etc). The worst part was that the AC was broken for three nights of our stay and it was 80 degrees in the room. When they finally came to fix it we were told it was electrical issues. They next day there was a burnt plastic smell coming through the vents and we had to leave temporarily for that also. They only reimbursed us $50 for our troubles of sleeping in a hot condo. Not impressed with the condo or the rental agency.

Owner's Response: Catherine was given another (larger unit) to say in while the AC was being repaired. While we recognized it was an inconvenience, we offered to let her stay in larger unit for the rest of her vacation. We also gave her a $50 refund, and paid for dinner out. She insisted on returning, and was very happy when she got back. We checked on her every day to make sure she was happy. She never complained about an "electrical smell" until we declined her request for a full refund.

Very happy

  • 4 of 5

My husband and I very much enjoyed our stay at this property. Very happy with the view and location. The only reason I did not rate condo excellent is it needed a broom and a new shower curtain liner....we would stay here anytime we visit Flager. We loved the king bed.
