About S. Srippolli (owner) Sherrie Henry (manager)
Florida native, but currently living in Washington DC. I try to visit Flagler Beach at least 3 times a year.
S. Srippolli (owner) Sherrie Henry (manager) purchased this Condo in 2004
Why S. Srippolli (owner) Sherrie Henry (manager) chose Flagler Beach
Flagler Beach has 'old Florida' charm. The town is 3 miles long and everyone is friendly. Great seafood resturants and shopping! Best beaches in Florida!!!
What makes this Condo unique
Best beaches in Florida! Located in a quieter area but within a short drive to all the major cities and attractions to enjoy in Florida.
Canceled bookings will not receive a refund
This was the worse rental my wife and I have ever stayed in. Started with very little instructions on how to enter the Condo. No attendant at the building and you need to find and access the lockbox in order to enter the building. Arrived around 5 PM on Saturday and called the rental office which was closed. Left a message that we couldn't get into the building and never received a return call. We were lucky that a resident came out to walk her dog and was able to help. Condo has a serious humidity problem. The aluminum window frames are corroded, the rack in the freezer is rusted, even after running the AC for several days my wife had a hard time sleeping because the sheets felt damp. The shower curtain liner was covered with mold on the bottom and we went out and bought a new one. The sliding door for the balcony is held closed with a board. Buyer beware of rental units on this site.
Cute and convenient!
Located close to the ocean, close to the center of town for shopping, dining, and entertainment. I would recommend this condo to anyone who wants an economical beach vacation!
What a beautiful location! The condo has the best views of the ocean, and Flagler Beach is a charming little town. There are so many wonderful shops and restaurants, and the Farmers' Market every Friday and Saturday is nice. Perfect relaxing vacation, in a clean and charming condo. I can't wait to stay here again.
Great views, with clean, comfortable accomodations
The apartment has a large king size bed that faces the ocean. I woke up every day to a beautiful view. There is a washer/dryer which is nice. The balcony has views of the intercoastal, and I could watch boats sail by. And the balcony has ocean view too, and we saw dolphins!!!
We have stayed at various condos in Flagler Beach for the last ten years. We usually rent directly from the owner but this time rented through the East Coast Premier Properties for this property. The property overall is outdated and the lobby kind of smelled funny. We only got one copy of keys and a key is needed to go anywhere in this building (outside, pool, beach etc). The worst part was that the AC was broken for three nights of our stay and it was 80 degrees in the room. When they finally came to fix it we were told it was electrical issues. They next day there was a burnt plastic smell coming through the vents and we had to leave temporarily for that also. They only reimbursed us $50 for our troubles of sleeping in a hot condo. Not impressed with the condo or the rental agency.
Catherine was given another (larger unit) to say in while the AC was being repaired. While we recognized it was an inconvenience, we offered to let her stay in larger unit for the rest of her vacation. We also gave her a $50 refund, and paid for dinner out. She insisted on returning, and was very happy when she got back. We checked on her every day to make sure she was happy. She never complained about an "electrical smell" until we declined her request for a full refund.
My husband and I very much enjoyed our stay at this property. Very happy with the view and location. The only reason I did not rate condo excellent is it needed a broom and a new shower curtain liner....we would stay here anytime we visit Flager. We loved the king bed.
