What a townhouse! A townhouse is preferable to a condo, in that it functions more as a single family home. This townhouse has three levels - 3 bedrooms plus a den/4th bedroom, 2 1/2 baths. Sleeps up to 14 in all here. You occupy all three floors which means that there are no noisy footsteps overhead. Your entrance and your garage are private for this unit only. No sharing!

This townhouse has all of the amenities that you need and expect in a newer construction family vacation rental, including all the upgrades and luxuries like a big screen LCD HDTV in the living room, Comcast cable and wireless internet, hardwood floors, granite counter tops, etc., etc. Light, bright, and very spacious. This rental was freshly painted and there is all new carpeting in the bedrooms during this off season. It looks fresh and new again!

Nice place and conveniently located

We have vacationed in Wildwood for the past 6 summers. In the past we have stayed at my in-laws condo but unfortunately they sold it last year so we decided to rent a place instead. This townhouse was fabulously located right across from the 1st pier. We really loved having a pool as well as some of the pool toys. We didn't use the grill as we were there for a short time but it's a great convenience. The kitchen was well stocked and all in all the place was relatively clean. The beds were comfortable. A few things to consider... the basement/entry level is very musty and/or smells like a wet dog. While that didn't bother the kids that slept down there it wasn't very pleasant. The carpets need of cleaning they have stains all over them. Also, for such a nice style rental I was surprised that the owner didn't change the shower heads to make it easier to remove sand from the tub and have better water flow or bathe small children. The "guest" shower in the hall also didn't drain well. And lastly, the rental agency didn't supply the added parking pass and it is absolutely NOT possible to park two cars in the garage nor did they inform us that the water to the washing machine was turned off. However, we had a very pleasant experience and thought for the location and cost it was a great vacation. We would certainly rent it again if it was available.

Owner's Response: **Please Note!** This rental unit has a NEW OWNER now! This rental unit is completely pet free as of 2014. The lower level hallway and stairway carpeting was replaced in 2013, and the upper level carpeting was completely replaced in 2014. ********************************************************************************* I'm so happy that you had such a nice weekend! This is a great rental unit, isn't it? The location is PRIMO. (1) The carpet cleaning was scheduled for the following Sunday after you left, and I apologize that it was not done sooner. We now schedule carpet cleanings for this lower level every six weeks, beginning in May, and then again after the 4th of July week, and again in mid-August. We've also doubled up on all door mats and added runners too. We'll try to do better here - being pro-active, instead of reactive. (2) You are the first person to mention a restricted flow from shower heads. We are replacing them during the next changeover, as well as making sure that the tub drains properly. For next time, please know that you can call us with any of these concerns for prompt attention to them. This is why we are here! To make sure that you have a good vacation. I am receiving this information too late to help you, but I will make sure that these things are right for the next customer. Thank you for your feed back. It is much appreciated. (3) Parking pass - you did not want to assume responsibility for it, as you only had two cars. It was available for you to use if you wanted it. You have parking for two cars in the garage, and the owner was kind enough to purchase a parking pass for his renters to use at any metered spot for a third (or over sized) vehicle. Being able to park three cars at a rental on the beach block is a great "perk". Thanks for coming! Please - come again soon. Your 2014 reservations are welcome at any time. Perfect Vacation

This was our family's first trip to Wildwood NJ and thanks to the outstanding help and information we received from Diane at Don Martin vacation rentals it was one of our best vacations. The townhouse was not only beautiful and spacious it was loaded with amenities. The three levels provided so much space and privacy for our family of 10, with ample bedrooms and bathrooms that were tastefully decorated. Location, Location, we couldn't have asked for a better location, the pool was right behind the house and the boardwalk was right around the corner you really are close to everything. Our family recommends this property to everyone and we look forward to our Wildwood vacation next year.

We Loved Our Wildwood Vacation!

We loved it here! We have a large family of 8 adults and six children. This place fit us comfortably with room to spare. There are three levels here and there is plenty of room to spread out. We loved the pool! We loved grilling our lunch every day by the pool. The rest of our family rented another unit next to the pool and the pool was the perfect gathering spot. The bathroom next to the pool was clutch so that we didn't have to keep running into the house. All in all, this was the most relaxing vacation that I've ever had. Everything is here for you. This place is better than Disney! The rental agents were so super nice and answered all our questions. And we had a lot of questions! This was our first Wildwood vacation but it will not be our last.

Great family vacation

This townhouse was nicely situated on a beach block. The kitchen was spacious and the open concept made family dinners perfect. The kids enjoyed being able to go to the pool instead of the beach on some days. The description of the property was very accurate. The property could have been a little cleaner prior to arrival--especially the carpet. There was no broom and the vacuum cleaner was incredibly loud. Someone who stayed at the property had pets despite the ad saying pets weren't allowed. My allergies were killing me beginning the second day of vacation. If the owners have pets they should disclose that in the ad or have the furniture/beds cleaned for individuals with allergies. Other than that I would highly recommend the place.

Owner's Response: I am so happy that you had a nice time. You are correct. The owner of this house has a dog. It's not that the condo wasn't clean, but that there had been a dog in the house during the month before you vacationed, and this is what bothered you. WE HAVE A NEW OWNER HERE NOW FOR 2014! All carpeting in the entire house is new now - the lower level and hallway were replaced in 2013, and the upper bedroom level was replaced in 2014. THIS RENTAL IS NOW COMPLETELY PET FREE as of April and hopefully this will alleviate any allergy problems for renters. Thank you for staying with us. Please come again soon. You were a pleasure!

This is where everyone wants to be! Literally steps to beach and boardwalk, and near all the rides and attractions. Everything that your children want to do is right up the street! And don't forget the heated pool - the most requested amenity. You will enjoy your stay here!

Nearest Airport : Atlantic City at 30 Miles Nearest Ferry : Cape May-Lewes, DE at 10 Miles Nearest Train : N/A - Bus Service to Wildwood at 0.25 Miles Nearest Motorway : Garden State Parkway at 3 Miles Nearest Beach : North Wildwood Beach at 0.2 Miles Car: recommended

North Wildwood is the most family friendly location on the entire island. It pleases both children and parents - and even grandparents too!

Clean, quiet, and safe neighborhoods - new construction buildings are surrounded by older, well kept homes. North Wildwood has the largest year round population of any town on the island.

The southern end of North Wildwood is the section that runs along the boardwalk, from 16th Ave to 26th Ave. This is the preferred location for families with children - close to all of the action, but not TOO TOO close so that the noise or the lights will disturb your sleep. This section of the boardwalk is quieter than the rest - you are north of all the ride piers. It's a good place to walk, to have something to eat, or to shop and play some games.

The center section of North Wildwood, from 8th Ave. to 16th AVe., does not have a boardwalk. There is a beautiful walking path along the beach instead. There are many large resort style motels along the ocean front. The beaches are shorter here - it's not such a long walk across the sand to get to the water. Senior citizens and families with younger children will appreciate this area the most.

The northern end of North Wildwood - above 8th Ave. - is home to many fine restaurants and terrific night life. This is the center of the Irish Weekend festivities. The views from the point are beautiful and there is nothing like walking along the sea wall during sunrise or sunset. Beautiful!

Amusement parks, basketball, biking, boating, casinos,fishing,

crabbing, golf, jet skiing, parasailing, miniature golf, arcades,

night life, outlet malls, sailing, shopping, sunset cruises, surfing,

swimming, tennis, water skiing, water parks, dolphin watching,

wildlife viewing, wind surfing, zoos and aquariums, etc., etc.

There's so much to do in and around the Wildwoods! Atlantic City is only

30 minutes away. The world-famous two-mile boardwalk is literally

steps from your front door. The big, beautiful, free Wildwood

beaches are second to none! The Cape May County Zoo is the best in

New Jersey. It's free and it's only ten minutes away. The town

of Cape May is just fifteen minutes away. Ride the Cape May-Lewes ferry

to the outlet malls in Delaware - what a nice day! Try a new golf

course - there are many. You won't believe the large selection of

great restaurants - all within walking distance of the condo.
