visitors paradise, featuring world-class hiking, championship golf,

restaurants and shopping, all within a 1/4 mile or less. From the

balcony at night, you will enjoy seeing the city lights of

Tucson and during the day the rincon mountains to the southeast. This

property is located in the ventana canyon neighborhood association &

is a gated community. The actual address is 5751 n. kolb rd. tucson,

az 85750 & the closest major cross streets are kolb rd. & sunrise

drive.

This location is a real winner when you consider everything you

could possibly need is literally in your own backyard. Pamper

Clean, well appointed, nicely decorated,

Very accommodating owners. The unit is nicely furnished and came complete with all housewares, paper products laundry and bathing needs, and linens. All all furnishings and household items are high-quality. The unit is quiet and well insulated. The amenities were above and beyond expectations. Two beautiful pools and hot tubs as well as an exercise room and clubhouse. The landscaping and grounds are very well-maintained. This is a very high-quality rental. The complex is high-end and very safe. Other amenities include covered parking playground for children gas grills for cooking etc. this is our second time here and I just can't say enough good things about this unit. Sign up you won't be disappointed!!

relaxing, fun stay

this condo is well equipped with everything you need to cook a meal, have a drink, or go grill on the BBQ. the unit is just steps away from both of the pools and hot tubs. the pools are very nice and well maintained. my family recommends this condo any time of year. The owners are nice people.

Activity and Interests

There is plenty of world-class hiking in the Coronado National

Forest at Sabino Canyon Recreation area just one mile from the

condo.

Also a short distance away, there is a championship golf course

at the nationally recognized Loews Ventana Canyon Resort and Spa.

Mt. Lemmon Recreation Area is only a 45-minute drive to the

9400 ft elevation of the Santa Catalina Mountain Range, with

informal dining, shopping, etc. A few other places of interest

are Colossal Cave Mountain Park, Pima Air and Space Museum and the

University of Arizona, now your in WILDCAT country.Tucson has three

distinctive shopping malls to choose from: Foothills mall, tucson

mall & park place mall,the later two both have state of the art

cinemas for the movie lover in you. Our newest indoor/outdoor mall

is the incredible la encantada, situated at the base of the catalina

mountains this super upscale shoppers paradise has it all as you

will see upon your first visit.

Notes:

  • This is a fully furnished two-bedroom two-bathroom 1000 sq.ft. upstairs condo. Both bedrooms offer true new queen sized beds & feature large walk-in closets for all of your clothing etc. You will enjoy two beautiful pools and spas which are about 150 steps from your door. Each pool area has restroom facilities for your convienience & one of the two pools is alway's heated during the winter months in addition to a complete state of the art fitness center near the main pool and clubhouse. From your balcony, you will have a full view of the pool and its cascading waterfalls without the pool noise. To add to your enjoyment, there are two common bar-b-que locations to choose from, both of which are easily accessible. Home theater system with dvd/cd player,cds & dvd's included.Masterbedroom also has a t.v./dvd player. In the kitchen, there are all new stainless electric appliances, including stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave. New photos of these items are not yet available at this time. Also for your convenience, the kitchen is well stocked with everything you will need for all of your cooking need's. Washer & dryer within condo as well. Our condo has everything you will need to ensure your comfort. If there is something you need that isn't available we will take care of providing you with that item wherever possible as our primary goal is "you" our valued guest. We look forward for the opportunity to be of service to you during your stay here in tucson. Were "hands" on owners that will personally meet & greet you upon arrival & give you a brief tour of the entire property in addition to a overview of the condo & it's contents. In today's vacation rental market your prospective property is managed by a private company, meaning that you won't usually be greeted by anyone personally, but given a code to a key lock box.
