Sand Key's highly desirable Crescent Beach Club II. Completely remodeled, beautifully decorated, very clean, very well furnished, large 2 bedrooms/2 baths condo, approx. 1,300 sq.ft., 5th-floor with unobstructed views of the Gulf of Mexico and views of Clearwater Beach from the family room, balcony and both bedrooms. Enjoy gorgeous sunsets while sitting either inside the condo or at the extra-long balcony furnished with bistro tables to enjoy some wine and the peaceful views at sunset time; or watching the birds and the dolphins while enjoying breakfast, lunch or dinner; or sitting on a chase lounge to sun bathe or taking a nap. Both bedrooms and family room have glass sliding doors and direct access to balcony. Note: Not available during the summer months.

Enjoy at night all the lights from Clearwater Beach restaurants, hotels and condominiums. Great floor plan; both bedrooms have king size beds and walk-in closets. Great kitchen with maple cabinets, stainless steel appliances, gorgeous granite counter tops and full granite backsplash; kitchen sliding windows with view of the bay and the intracoastal canal; both bathrooms fully remodeled with granite counter tops. Why Marta S. Coll chose Clearwater Area

After looking at many beach condos in the area we chose this one because it sits right on the beach and has 180 degrees of uninterrupted views of the Gulf of Mexico. Even while sitting in the family room or lying down on your bed you can see, the sandy beach, the birds, people walking the beach, sail boats, hear the waves, see the ocean, the dolphins, and the sky.

What makes this condo unique

Condo sits right on the beach and is very delightful to either go swimming during the warmer months or walk the beach during the colder months; but all year round you can enjoy hearing the sound of the waves; watching the sunsets and the majesty of its colors in the clouds and on the water; looking for dolphins and manatees; watching and hearing the birds; feeling the sun and the breeze; and watching the moon and the stars at night; and the lights from Clearwater Beach buildings. For indoors activities, you can still enjoy the views of the beach from the exercise room, the billiard room, and the indoor jacuzzi. From inside the condo, even while sitting or laying on your bed, you can still enjoy all the outdoors beauty of watching the sand, the water, the sky, the clouds, and the birds.

Beauttiful Sunsets and Sunrises

I highly recommend this unit. It was very clean and well taken care of. The amenities within the buildings were extremely nice. They have work out equipment, pool table, inside Jacuzzi, pool, etc. The rooms are large and the bathrooms and kitchen have been updated.. The owners were kind enough to meet us and explain how things work within the unit. Great resturants close by. I highly recommend the Columbia. I certainly will consider this unit again next year.

Our Home away from Home. 2016, will be our 4th year staying in this beautiful 2 bedroom condo overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. The condo, the grounds, pool and BBQ areas are all exceptionally maintained. The owners are easily accessible by phone and will address any questions or concerns promptly. We would highly recommend this property to any friends or relatives.

MINIMUM STAY of 14 DAYS required by the Crescent Beach Condo Association. No pets allowed; No smoking allowed, as per Condo Association. A Lease package needs to be signed by Owner and Guest and presented to Condo Association for approval along with a non-refundable Application Fee of $100 already calculated in the rent quote. Cancellation policy for total refund to apply (less the $100 Application Fee) shall occur 60 days before arrival date for Owner to secure another Guest for the same dates. Private Trip Cancellation Insurance is recommended where you can include the rent, the airline tickets and car rental. .

TOURIST TAX: Calculated as 13% of base rent (excluding cleaning fee) starting Jan 1, 2016.

NO PETS ALLOWED: This is a rule from the condo association.

SUMMER MONTHS: condo is NOT available from June 1 - August 31 for Owners personal use.

RATES are subject to change until the Condo Reservation Form is signed by both parties.

LEASE PACKAGE: A lease and rules and regulations need to be signed as per Condo Association requirement. SECURITY DEPOSIT: If $300-$500 are paid cash as security deposit, shall be refunded 2 weeks after guest leaves if no damages to the property, furniture, furnishings, decoration items, are found and if no movies rental, special events tv rentals, and long distance calls are charged by guest.

Owner's Cancellation Policy

  • 100% refund if canceled at least 60 days before arrival date.
