The best value for location on St. George Island. You really feel like you are beachfront, only a small beach front road separates you from the beach. Full views of gulf of mexico from our building. You are just 100 ft from door to sand. Enjoy shell collecting, dolphin watching or fishing. It is just 300 ft from our front door to the water's edge. The gulf view is right outside the door. You don't have to bend or stretch to see. This is the largest unit in the building.

Our unit is a cozy 2 bedroom, 2 bath plus a loft (which serves as 3rd bedroom). 1 queen bed in

each bedroom and 2 twin beds in loft (great for kids).

Granite kitchen countertops and professionally equipped for the cook. Tile floors throughout unit helps with easy clean up.

We rent 2, 5 and 7 nights: Friday and Saturday, Sunday to Friday or Sunday to Sunday. No flexibility in this during peak season Spring Break or Summer.

Additional units available for rental for larger families or groups vacationing together. Please inquire regarding unit B-1, 2 bedroom 1 bath, sleeps 6. Property ID 62332

Wi-Fi available for all guests. It is DSL thru Fairpoint due to our location signal not always available.

Enjoy the boardwalk to the beach.

About the Owner

We are a family of 4 who live in Atlanta, GA. I am Tania and I manage the property for our family. I was born and raised in Florida in Miami and Panama City. I have always dreamed of my own place at the beach and my dream came true when we purchased Neptune's. It is small but has the best access to the beach without being on the beach. It was affordable for our family to make this investment and we have enjoyed every year! We remodeled the unit in 2005 to make it the best possible use of every square inch. The loft was added to add extra bed space for our twin boys and make sure 6 people can sleep in beds! No sofa beds in our unit---we think they are the worst to sleep on. Come and try our little place at the beach.

Great spot for our first beach trip with baby

We took our daughter on her first trip to the beach, and were very pleased with the condo. The complex is small and quiet, we only saw one other family while we were there and had the pool to ourselves for the most part. The condo was clean and well appointed, the kitchen had plenty of cooking utensils, knives, and cookware. We also used the charcoal grill one night, which worked fine. I did wish the condo had more natural light in the main living area, but we weren't inside very much. The proximity to the beach was great, close enough to haul our baby-gear easily and run back inside when we forgot something or ran out of beach drinks. We also walked to "town" one day, so overall the location is fantastic. Thanks for a great stay!

A wonderful vacation--hope to do it again!!

We had a great week in SGI!! Other than a day trip while vacationing in Panama City Beach, this was our first time to the island. The beach was very clean and not crowded, there was white sand, clear blue water, and a continuous breeze that kept us very comfortable as we spent our days on the beach. Our condo was welcoming, with a big front porch, clean and comfortable, equipped with more amenities than we needed, and a short trip down the boardwalk to the beach! We really enjoyed meeting and getting to know our "neighbors"--everyone was very friendly! We checked out some local places, which were fun, and thought the state park was beautiful. We drove to Apalachicola two or three nights for dinner, walking around and shopping--it's a lovely little town. We liked the "local feel" of everything, the lack of commercialism, and the relaxed lifestyle we lived that week. We can't wait to go back!!

It really is a Gulf View unit and only 300 ft to swimming in the beautiful Gulf waters just steps from your front door. Apalachicola is a beautiful historic Florida town which we love to explore as well.Thank you for taking care of our place and hope you return!

Couldn't ask for anything more

This is our 5th or 6th time staying at this condo. We keep coming back for so many reasons; its always clean, has everything we need to make our stay comfortable, has a beautiful view from the front porch, saves us a lot of money because it is across the street from the beach, has a swimming pool, etc. I have recommended this condo to many people. It is also conveniently located to everything you need while still being in a quite, slow pace area. Very family friendly. Wish I was going back tomorrow.

We absolutely loved everything about this condo!

Great location, very low key beach(almost private) great pool that was very clean and well kept. I brought my boat which parked nicely on the side of the property. Inside was very clean and comfortable. Killer front porch for sunsets and conversations. My wife and I LOVED it! We're definitely going back!

Wonderful place to stay.

I have stayed in Neptunes Palace before, but this is the first time in this unit. A2 is one of the nicest units. It was very clean and comfortable. I will definitely come back! Everything was great. My son really enjoyed the loft!

wonderfull time on st georges island

Great location and great pricing. You are really looking at the gulf from outside the front door---only 300 feet to the waters edge without the high price. Please note we do not break up weeks in peak season. We only rent Sunday to Sunday, Sunday to Friday or Fri and Saturday. No exceptions. May 20 thru August 30 2015

Activity and Interests

Car: necessary

St. George Island is Florida's Uncommon Coast a great place to relax

and enjoy without the crowds. Watch dolphins playing while standing

on the beach. Even during peak summer season you feel you have the

island to yourself.

Enjoy just basking in the sun, swimming, fishing, exploring or

camping all on the island. You'll never go back to the crowds in

nearby beaches once you experience St. George Island...truly

the 'Uncommon Florida'.

Enjoy safely riding, running, cycling the length of island on a

dedicated path. Great park for kids on the beach and a short walk

from the unit.

Nearby Apalachicola is a wonderful place to walk enjoy unique shops

and great restaurants...only 15 minute drive off island.
