Natz Ti Ha means 'near the water' in Mayan, and that describes these
condominiums perfectly. The community is adjacent to the five star
Shangri La Hotel/Mahekal Hotel, and is located on the world famous Cocoa Beach
where the well known Corona Beer Commercials are filmed. This is one of only a handful of newer, and smaller (under 40 units) luxury condo complexes actually located on the beach in Playa Del Carmen. Our two bedroom condo, is a beautifully decorated ground floor unit with a large patio adjacent to the gorgeous pool and garden area. From our comfortable and private patio, complete with an elaborate and soothing waterfall feature, you will have direct access to the pool. With two bedrooms, extra air mattress and a large comfy couch in the living area, this unit sleeps four to six very comfortably. This is a very quiet complex, so you'll experience a much more relaxing vacation here than if you rent in the 100 unit+ complexes in Playacar. Also, it is located on the northern end of Playa Del Carmen, bordering jungle to the north so auto traffic is non existent. There is secure parking available if you rent a car and most Playa attractions, including 5th Ave. with it's many exciting shops and wonderful restaurants, are just a short 5-10 minute walk. We recently added dedicated high speed wi-fi internet access in the condo.
In my professional life, I work in the sports industry as a TV producer and sports technologist. I have been visiting the Playa Del Carmen area for 20 years and have an immense amount of knowledge about the area that I will share with you.

This is considered the nicest complex on the beach in Playa Del Carmen. It's also the lowest density development in the entire city so there is plenty of privacy and beautiful lush gardens. Plus, you're right in the middle of all the best Playa has to offer. Awesome location!

The condo was in the best part of town, located very close to the beach and fantastic restaurants and amenities. The condo is in good shape and has everything you need. We loved our stay and plan to book again.
This condo was perfect for our trip. The property is perfectly close to beach access, restaurants, shopping and leaping off point for adventures. It is on the less busy end of the touristy shopping strip and pleasantly quiet.
Plenty of towels were provided for pool and beach use. The private patio area was a lovely place to converse. The plants and fountain gave the patio a very private feel and muffled noise from the pool area. The air conditioning was appreciated. The king size bed was comfy. My sister reported the other bed was squeaky. The kitchen was perfect for our needs and adequately equipped.
The perimeter gates to the facility get locked at night, but the main gate is manned and accessible anytime.
The owner, Scott, was great to work with. My initial request was not responded to, so I sent an e-mail along with my second attempt to secure this reservation and he replied promptly. He also provided helpful information and insight about the area.
property is just as described -was given wrong code for lockbox so that created frustration as I speak very little Spanish and Miguel and Wilbur speak limited English -. 45 min later it was all figured out.(it was sunday nite) our stay was ok as there is now a beach bar right next door and they blast loud thumping music till 430am (yes you can feel it and hear it thru the concrete bldg and windows)!!! Sunday and Monday nites as well as the next weekend was loud loud music. we chose this complex as we were expecting quiet as when we had stayed in this complex before(2015) . it seems there were a lot of other unhappy guests as well. condo and complex is great Miguel and Wilbur very helpful but because of beach bar loud music will not be staying here again unfortunately randy
This was our 1st trip to Mexico. Condo is located only 1/2 block from the beach , 3 minute walk. Close to 5th Ave and many restaurants. The condo is great with all the amenities of home. Comfortable beds Beautiful gardens, fantastic pool for a cool down after a day at the beach. Workers and staff at the complex are very helpful. Scott was very helpful with places to visit and how to get transportation from the airport. Highly recommended this condo
We (4 adults) stayed here 1-7-17 through 1-14-17)...This condo was clean but needs some minor repairs. The air conditioner leaks and the condensation is caught in a kettle. There is also a large, single tile missing on the bedroom floor.
The kitchen had enough utensils for us to make our meals, but we did have to buy a few spices. If you don't want to cook, there are multiple restaurants (inexpensive) on your walk to, and along 5th Ave.
A two-minute walk, you are on 5th Ave.....A one-minute walk, you are at the beach... The unit does have 4 beach chairs and an umbrella....The grounds are impeccable and the pool was refreshing..
We recommend the Mayan Adventure cenote tour....a fantastic experience for the snorkeling enthusiasts...Make it a point to visit Tulum and Chichen Itza...
The condo is located in a great building in the best part of Playa del Carmen. It's close to the action but far enough away to feel very private and quiet. The beach is a stone's throw away, while the restaurants and activities of Fifth Ave are a two minute walk. The condo itself is very comfortable with all the amenities you need. Scott was very helpful in arranging things in advance and there is support on location if you need any assistance. Much recommended!
