Welcome To KIRK AND TORY'S BEACH HOME!
Come enjoy our first floor 2 Bedroom 2 Bath condo that has a water
view from every room! A split floor plan ensures privacy with each
bedroom having it's own bathroom. The master bedroom has a king size
bed (NEW PURCHASED 11/2013) with a view of the Gulf of Mexico. The WASHER & DRYER are located in the master bedroom walk in closet. On suite master bathroom. Our guest bedroom contains 2 twin beds with a view of the lagoon and boat docks. Full guest bathroom. Leather living room furniture. Our fully equipped kitchen provides all the "conveniences" of home. Tile floors through out the condo. Brand new 55' flat screen TV in the LR + both BR's have flat screen TV's. We are located on Turtle Beach, this is at the southern end of Siesta Key, a much less congested area. It is mostly known and used by the locals. The area is quaint and fairly private.
Hi, my name is Tory Smith. My husband Kirk & I first purchased our property in 1999.
Then bought a second unit in the same complex a few years later. We have since sold A112 but I continue to manage it along with our B109 unit in the same complex.
We live within 100 miles of the condo & supervise the cleaning of each unit after a guest departs. Kirk is on hand to make any repairs.

We were attracted to the area of Turtle Beach because the beach is so close to the Condo. You can literally lay in bed, in the master bedroom and hear the surf.
We love being on the south end of Siesta Key because it is slower paced, less traffic, more private area.
No need to lug beach equipment a great distance. The beach is right outside your door!
I wanted you to know your condo pictures did not do the actual place justice. My family loved your place! It was perfect for us. The kids enjoyed the heated pool, my husband enjoyed fishing from shore & I enjoyed relaxing! The condo was furnished beautifully and so clean. Loved it..

We loved being so close to the water. You literally step out the back door and are right on the beach.
The condo was very clean, warm and inviting. We had everything we needed including a crockpot to cook with.

Beautiful condo situated between the gulf & bay. We absolutely loved just being steps from the beach. Owner is very nice & gave us info on the many things available in the area. Condo was clean & comfy and stocked with everything we needed for a day at the beach(chairs, floats, etc). The location was perfect. We were greeted with a nice note & welcome gift from the owner. We had a nice relaxing vacation with all the comforts of home. I especially liked having a washer & dryer in the condo. We plan to stay here again!
We totally enjoyed the lovely condo and the location during out spring getaway from the north. If you are looking for a quieter, less busy location on Siesta Key, this is it! The unit was immaculate and lacked for nothing. While the beach was actually being rebuilt the week we were there, it was somewhat noisy - however, the process was extremely interesting to watch. As this was a public works project that had been scheduled long in advance there was no way of knowing exactly when the work would be done by the owner. We were out and about a lot of the time, so we were not terribly impacted. We did enjoy the gulf views every evening and even watched the dolphins on our last night on the new beach that was put into place that week. I would absolutely recommend the condo and the owner promptly responded on any issues we had. It was great!
Can't even express how at home we felt in this beautiful condo. It was so clean and welcoming. And the owner was so nice and helpful when I had questions. We have 2 small children and the beach behind a step right outside our door was extremely nice considering all the beach stiff we had to carry back and forth. There were many more features we loved about this condo. Our own personal hose right outside our door and the sunroom really helped keep all sand out of the rest of the condo. Another favorite feature was having a nice washer & dryer in the condo. With 2 little ones we did laundry a lot. Also, enjoyed tbe pool very close by. Can't say enough nice things about this condo and the owner. I would recommend this condo to friends and family. This was a GREAT family vacation.

We had a wonderful time at this location. The condo was comfortable and clean. We like the privacy of the rooms. The place was peaceful and quiet. A few footsteps and we were at the beach. Location is fantastic as restaurants are a few minutes away. We had a great time renting paddle boats and kayaks in front of the property. I would recommend this place to my friends and family.

Rates based upon four people for seven nights.
Change over day is SATURDAY
Two additional people may stay for slightly more.
Minimum 1 week rental year round.
13% Taxes & fees must be added to rates, Plus an $85.00 cleaning fee.
$800.00 Reservation deposit required, balance due 6 weeks prior to
occupancy for the winter months.
A $500.00 reservation deposit required for summer months, balance is due 4 weeks prior to arrival.
