Overview

About the property

Condo, 1 Bedrooms, 2 Baths, 4 Sleeps

On the East Side of the Garden Isle, between the historical towns of

Kapa'a and Wailua, is a beachfront heaven unlike any other. It's a

place where Hawaiian kings and high chiefs sought solitude, famous

filmmakers captured their most prized backdrops, and Hemmingway found

inspiration. Now it's your turn. Waipouli Beach Resort.

Your day might start with a watercolor sunrise, a cup of Kauai-grown

coffee and a sweet papaya from the local market. Or maybe a barefoot

trek on golden sands as a shearwater competes with the shore break

for his morning catch. A passerby says, "Aloha." A lone fisherman

casts his line. A kayaker heads out to sea. And as the salt air

clears your mind, you realize it feels different here. You're at

peace.

The ocean front property is brand new and gorgeous with lazy river,

waterfalls and water slides in the garden. The 4-5 star resort is the

1st place winner of the new construction Luxury Resorts in the state

of Hawaii! It opened on December 1st of 2006. Christmas and New Years

is still available since we just got everything ready for the most

delightful vacation of your life.

Excellent Stay

  • 5 of 5

We thoroughly enjoyed our 10 day visit to this beautiful condo. H-305 is located in a beautiful resort and centrally located to Kauai attractions and local businesses. We spotted Whales from the Lanai and observed Monk Seals on the beach. Nicely furnished and very comfortable. Highly recommended!

Great stay in very modern suite, at a spectacular resort like setting

  • 5 of 5

We stayed at H305 in March 2018 and had a great family vacation. We arrived from the airport around 9pm at night and had no issues locating the property and the suite, thanks to the great directions provided. Upon entering the suite, we were immediately impressed with how clean the place was and the overall decor and was very modern and exactly to our likings. The kitchen and bathroom were both very large, everything worked to our likings. We are a family of 4, the suite had more than enough room for all of us, without feeling like we were stepping on toes.

The resort itself was fantastic. The pool with the waterslides and lazy river section gave us many hours of fun and relaxation for the 10 days we were there. Actually, due to the weather being not so great during our first few days, the pool saved the trip. Staff around the resort were very nice and the guys at the pool were great. Friendly and always helpful, plus the hours for towel pickup was long and they never shut down early.

The beach out front is great for a stroll and dipping your feet in the sand. While very picturesque, not much for swimming. However, jump in the car will take you to close by beaches in either direction on the highway. Location overall of the complex was central and allowed us to easily get around the island. Across the street is a Safeway and Star Bucks and Costco is a 20-minute drive away. We only ate at the condo, so can’t comment on restaurants in the area. There are a few, including one at the resort. For cooking you can of course use the kitchen in the condo, but we cooked all our meals at the BBQ’s, there are 4 located down by the pool. They could get busy at times, but everyone using them were great and would share when possible. It was also a good place to chat will fellow cookers and learn where they were from. Of course, if you want to keep to yourself that is also possible.

This is our 10th trip to Hawaii, but first to Kauai. If we came back we would definitely look at staying here again. Mike the owner was great to deal with, very prompt on replies, usually in less than 24 hours. We had no major issues and wanted to thank Mike and Vadim for the fun vacation.

Missing Waipouli

My family absolutely loved Waipouli and unit H305. We are already planning our return trip, hopefully in the near future. The unit, location and island all exceeded our expectations!

Perfect!!

  • 5 of 5

We stayed 2 weeks and when we got home, I had to re-acclimate. The kitchen and amenities were so attractive and user friendly that I had become a resident in spirit. The nearness to miles of coastal walking paths and the proximity of any kind of shop or food makes this resort a great option. However, renting our specific unitH305 was phenomenal and our recommendations don't come easily. We are selective and will select this unit many times in the future. For us, we don't even need a card here!
