We would stay again!
We thought the location was great to Duvall Street and especially the free Duvall Loop Bus system. The Townhome was spacious and lots of kitchen amenities if you are wanting to do any cooking yourself. It could use a bit of updated decor
and master shower, fresh coat of paint and definitely better pillows and an actual ice maker in the freezer instead of trays. The grounds are clean and safe feeling. We never used the outside hot tub or deck as it was plenty hot outside. The roosters outside were annoying but keep in mind they are everywhere in Key West!
This is a very well kept property, very convenient to all locations without driving. Before booking this property I read all of the reviews and a lot of them said it needed “updating” that is simply untrue at this point. Furniture looked brand new and very clean, and the pull out sofa bed was very comfortable!
Peter was extremely easy to work with, the communication was great. We will definitely be back!
My family and I had a great time in this unit. AMAZING location, right off Duval and Truman. very convenient. While in a very busy and happening area, the unit was very private and very quiet. highly reccomended!
Great location! Just off Duval. Rare two bedroom., two bath with king and queen beds. Not doubles. Will stay again.
Wonderful stay at Duval St!
Beautiful, well kept property in the heart of Key West!!! The property was very clean and welcoming! We had a wonderful time!
Awesome little vacation
Great condo. Great location. The pool area overlooks Duval Street. We were very excited about that. Quiet little pool. Only issue was on check-in. The prior renters didn't leave the key in the box. However, within 30 min the property manager was there with the keys. One thing I will mention to future renters. This place is beautiful and a great location, however, there are signs telling residents this is not a party place. The pool area is not for throwing loud, drunk parties. We had absolutely no problem with this, as we did all our drinking on Duval Street.
