My husband and I and our two teenage daughters rented this condo for 8 nights and had a wonderful time! The condo is very comfortable and spacious and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. I particularly loved the very large master bedroom suite. The property is very well maintained and our favorite part where we spent almost every day was the large spacious pool and deck area. There are plenty of chairs and umbrellas so you do not have to worry about getting a spot by the pool. It was also right on the beach so we could just head out from the pool and onto the beach. The tiki bar was also a very nice feature so you can have lunch or a drink without having to go up to the room. The location of this condo is great - close to shopping, restaurants and the Miami Seaquarium, which we loved visiting! Overall we had a very relaxing and enjoyable stay at this property. If we ever visit the Miami area again, we would definitely ask to rent this condo again. Angel, the property owner was very prompt with his responses to all of my inquiries and very helpful. We would without hesitation recommend this property. Thank you Angel for renting this lovely condo to our family.
La ubicación del departamento es muy buena; el edificio muy bueno y prolijo;la pileta y playa(como así también el servicio de playa)excelente. Buena cochera. El departamento tiene ambientes bien amplios,camas con colchones cómodos y cuenta con todo los elementos(equipamiento de la cocina, lava-seca ropas y sabanas y toallas); no falta nada. Buena vista, todo funciona, es para pasar una muy buena estadía.Eramos cuatro(dos matrimonios) y la pasamos muy bién.

Angel and Maria very graciously met us at the condo and showed us all of the amenities in and outside of the building. The condo was charming and very clean and comfortable. The place is right on the beach, and the pool area is very well kept. On days when it was sunny the "snack bar" was open serving lunch-not just snacks. The beach was very nice and at times it felt like we had it all to ourselves. One word of advice though: when the forecast calls for rain the staff does not bring out the umbrellas, even if it's not raining yet, so if you really need sun protection and your stay calls for the possibility of rain, you might one to purchase an inexpensive umbrella just to be safe. Overall we had a wonderful time here with our son, and would love to be allowed back. Thanks, Angel and Maria!
