Walk To Everything. This condo, at Island Village, is located across the street from the Manatee County Public Beach on Anna Maria Island. This is a second floor unit with a screened lanai overlooking the large heated swimming pool. This is a spacious three bedroom unit. I am looking for a tenant to rent January 2018. The rate is $3,650 per month, additional taxes. Saint Bernard's Catholic Church is right next door. Shopping is conveniently located within walking distance at the Publix Supermarket Plaza. A great location! Island Village is a small condo development and mainly owner occupied and therefore a quiet laid back place for you to enjoy the winter months.

The unit is equipped with all your living necessities: washer and dryer; microwave; toaster; coffee maker; pots and pans; bakeware; dishes and utensils. There is a large TV in the living area equipped with cable TV. The master bedroom has a king bed and large master bath. The second bedroom also has queen bed and a single style futon. The third bedroom has two twin beds. All linens and towels are included. Also, there are beach chairs, beach umbrella, and beach sand toys.

Cleaning Fee $125 + Tax

This unit is available for 2017 season Jan - April. I am looking for one tenant to take the whole block of time. A $125 exit cleaning fee which can be waived if the renter cleans the unit themselves. A $500 security deposit is required to book the unit. This will be returned after the rental period. This unit is not available for nightly or weekly rentals.

Owner's Cancellation Policy

  • 50% refund if canceled at least 7 days before arrival date.
  • 100% refund if canceled at least 14 days before arrival date.
