Apartment, 1 Bedrooms, 1 Baths, 4 Sleeps
Your vacation guest house is located on a private cul-de-sac facing
the intracoastal waterway. Brick paths lead you past the fountain to
our tropical gardens with palms, mango, papaya, tangerine, key lime
fig trees. Our rose and herb gardens attract both birds and
butterflies. A short walk takes you to the beautiful beaches of the
Gulf of Mexico.
Indian Rocks Beach was recently featured in the Boston Globe
and "discovered" for being one of the few remaining quaint beach
towns. No high-rises are allowed and we are conveniently located
minutes from Clearwater Beach and St. Petersburg, about 40 minutes
from Tampa Airport, Busch Gardens, Tropicana Field (Devil Rays),
Raymond James Stadium (Buccanneers), and many other area
attractions. It's approximately an hour from Sarasota and the
Ringling Museum and an hour and a half to the Kissimmee/Orlando area.

For our first long term vacation stay in Florida we chose the Bay & Beach Guest House in Indian Rocks Beach. The idea of a small cottage on the water, within walking distance to the beach and restaurants (rather than a condo appealed to us and the B&B cottage was the perfect choice. The cottage is located in a residential neighborhood which is a great location, very quiet and serene. It was fully equipped, spotlessly clean and very comfortable for two. The owners/landlords live adjacent to the cottage and are exceptional hosts and all around great people. We could not have made a better choice for our vacation - It was perfect in all respects!
Great place on the water way. Beautiful flowering bushes with lots of butterflies, its a great place to relax. Walking distance to the beach. This place is clean, warm and inviting. Love the decor! Leslie
