Why Ingrid chose Vanderbilt Beach
When we still lived at our home on the Chain-O-Lakes in Illinois, now a Vacation Rental Home, we longed for a warmer climate and the beach. After looking up and down Florida's West Coast, from Ft. Myers to Marco Island, we immediately loved the location of Vanderbilt Towers due to the so very close proximity to a State Park as well as miles of white sandy beach, Vanderbilt Beach. We have been here for over 16 years now sharing our home with guests from all over the world.
What makes this Condo unique
Coming from the north we were awe struck by the view the condo offers during the day as well as at night, and the condo home had all the basics: great location, fantastic views, a nice open floor plan, and plenty of room. The condo was once again updated in 2015 to keep it current in style and luxury. It is a gorgeous beach-side vacation home.

Lovely accommodation in a perfect location.
This is a spacious, well appointed, 7th floor accommodation in a picture perfect location. The Condo was spotlessly clean and provided a perfect base to explore the shopping and beaches of Naples and Bonita Springs. The free beach pass was an added bonus and saved me approximately $100 in parking charges at Delnor Wiggins and Lover's Key State Parks during my 18 day stay. The owner's were attentive and helpful throughout. This is definitely a place to which I intend to return.
Lovely vacation rental
Very nice vacation rental in lovely area of Vanderbilt Beach, Naples. Well equipped and nicely furnished apartment with amazing views from lanai. Just a few minutes walk from the beautiful beach. Very smooth and easy booking and checking in process. Ingrid is a very helpful, eager to please and attentive host.
We have been renting condos in Naples, Florida for over 15 years and this one is right at the top! The condo is as described. A very well maintained, comfortable and cared for condo. The location is in one of the most sought after locations in Naples, the Vanderbilt Beach, Gulfshore Dr area. A short walk to the pool or beach. And some nearby Great places for a dinner or watch a sunset. I highly recommend this condo if you're wanting a carefree amazing stay in Naples.
Great Naples condo
Our second year in this beautiful Naples condo. Great 7th floor screened in balcony overlooking the pool, with views of the Gulf of Mexico. Modern walk in shower in the master bath with wide shower head. New smart TV this year, we enjoyed for the Super Bowl. Location is a beautiful area close to Vanderbilt Beach. My favorite was the run/walk path along Gulf Shore Drive north past the LaPlaya Hotel to the Ritz Carlton and back.
Definitely a 5 STAR condo
Some key reasons why I believe this to be a five star rental: proximity to DelnorWiggins Beach; the owner’s immediate, supportive communication style —consistently attentive and helpful; an open layout of the condo, clean, with a “good quality feel”; relatively calm and quiet with an overall sense of safety, including an ease for parking; plenty of nearby “commercial action” (quick access to main routes, movies and other entertainment, stores, restaurants, etc); such pleasant walking routes...beach or sidewalk; great pool (with a generous deep-end area)right outside of the building; glitch-free internet and plenty of screen entertainment options (including Netflix, Hulu, etc) —-throughout the near 5 wks I rented; everything remained in tip-top shape. If/when I return to the area, I would definitely want to rent here again. Thank you, Ingrid, for welcoming me and sharing your comfortable space.
What a privileged position- a great choice.
We did not know much about Naples when we made our reservation but with the benefit of hindsight we were so pleased that we seemed to have made the perfect choice for us. Ingrid’s apartment is undoubtedly in “position A” . It is on the 7th floor of a peninsular block, next to the Gulf and has wonderful view up to Fort Myers, Estero and Bonita Bay from the large balcony. It also overlooks the marina from the other end of the balcony and therefore there is always something to catch your eye.
The apartment was lovely, spotlessly clean, and was very well provided with items which one would wish for in a ‘home from home’ environment. Our neighbours and other residents in the block were charming, polite and very friendly. The block had its own well kept pool area and provided plentiful parking and Ingrid very thoughtfully provided a pass which gave us access to the next door Delnor Wiggins State Park with its one mile of beach frontage, plus its facilities. The Pass allowed us to drive into the Park each day and park at one of the several beach access areas and saved us carrying our beach chairs, etc. There is also a closer beach at the end of the peninsula if you so wished. Frankly, we were really spoiled for choice. The location was ideal for exploring up and down the coast and also allowed easy and speedy access to the US41 and Interstate 75. My husband is a golfer and was spoilt for choice with the amount of courses nearby and, again, there was quick and easy access to various malls, supermarkets, etc. They were all within a short drive. We were so glad we made thie right choice for us.
Finally, Ingrid was a very pro-active owner, inasmuch that she was always very responsive, eager to please and such a lovely, friendly owner.
There is a wealth of places to go in the Naples area and, understandably, we did not see everything during our 3 weeks on this, our first trip. Welook forward to returning in the future, but only if Ingrid’s apartment was available to us. We had such a lovely time and the location was perfect.
