We hope you love this home as much as we do! We have been enjoying the Rhode Island beaches and salt ponds for over thirty years and we are never bored! We built the home and are the original owners. This lovely home offers lots of light and space and is beautifully maintained. It is a mix of beach and contemporary with lots of room for everyone to spread out. It has three bedrooms, two baths, 2 living rooms/sitting areas, one with a with pull-out couch. You will comfortably sleeps eight. There is a nicely equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar. The screened in porch is located right off the kitchen and is a favorite feature of many of our guests. There are decks on both levels for sunbathing, ensuring you a spot in the sun all day long! We pride ourselves in providing an immaculate home for you to enjoy your vacation in. Washer and dryer are a bonus that everyone appreciates at the beach. Both the living rooms have been updated with new furniture for a clean, beach themed look. This property is located on a very private one acre sight. Plenty of room for lots of outdoor activities. The first floor has an apartment that has a separate yard and parking that used long weekends, holidays and occasionally during the week. The set up is very private - there are two private yards and two separate driveways from different streets. We have rented the top two floors out for many years and have used the lower level with our guests returning to enjoy this home year after year. We want you to relax and enjoy yourselves, so we try to keep a low profile, but are here to answer any questions you might have.

Per local custom, guests provide their own linens and towels. If you are flying in from out of state, linens and towels can be provided for an additional fee of $75.00. No pets allowed, please. House is located at 273 North Niantic Drive. Please - no renters under twenty-five who are not related by familial status. We do not rent to students.

About the Owner

We have loved Rhode Island for as long as we can remember. We spent our childhoods here and continue to enjoy this area with our children and grandchildren. The beaches are fabulous and we are so handy to Newport, Narragansett and Block Island. Come fall in love like we have!

Two full baths. One bedroom has a queen sized bed, one has a full sized bed and ,one has twin beds. There is also a queen size pull-out sofa in upper sitting area. Television, cable, phone, high speed internet, washer, dryer, dvd/vcr player all included. Beach pass included in rental with access to Charlestown Beach and East Beach-Blue Shutters parking.
