About Diane Herman - Owner
This was the first Wildwood property that we purchased, back in 2004. I own four in all now, AND I am a realtor here too with Don Martin Realty/Don Martin Vacation Rentals. I rent and manage dozens of other properties on the WIldwood island, including several others in this very building. Professionally managed and maintained rentals! I work very hard at this and it shows. You will be very happy here, and I have many many happy repeat renters to show for this. References are available upon request.

Why Diane Herman - Owner chose Wildwood
This is a nice residential Wildwood street, with no hotels, motels, or businesses to disturb you. You are just south of all the ride piers here, so it is not so crazy and busy like certain parts of Wildwood can be. Yet, you are just one short block from the beach and boardwalk, Convention Center and Fox Park. Everything that you want to do and see is a quick and easy walk away. We rent to FAMILIES ONLY here. We do not rent to groups ,and especially never to 'under 25' groups. This is a 'families only' condominium complex. Feel secure renting here. Although I own four different Wildwood properties in all now, this one on E. Baker Ave. still feels most like 'home' to me. It was my first Wildwood home away from home!
What makes this Condo unique
E. Baker Ave. is a nice quiet one-way residential street, located just one block from the Wildwood Convention Center. We rent year round here for weeks and/or weekends for Wildwood Convention Center events. The location makes this so convenient! And it is so much nicer than a motel. This is a full sized year round private residence, fully insulated, with central gas heating and central air. Don't rent a motel in the winter that was not intended to be used in the winter months! I can't tell you how many phone calls I have about this - where people arrive to motel type units that are not insulated, freezing cold, and the combination through-the-wall heating/air conditioning unit does not function well. Once a unit has been sitting all winter without any heat, it does not warm up easily. The properties will not have not been occupied since the summer months, and will be dusty and musty as well. You can't get rid of that smell! Relax and be comfortable in THIS condominium. It IS rented and maintained year round. Two families can be comfortable here together and for less than the price of two motel rooms. Full kitchen, laundry in unit, reserved garage parking, and peace and quiet in a location that is perfect for YOUR event. Email today to book your stay! Easy to pay - Visa/MasterCard or personal checks accepted.

Very nice & clean place would definitely recommend staying here had a great time
Great family vacation
My family had a great time on our vacation. It was bigger then I expected and so open ! Such a short walk to the boardwalk, super close to the convention center. The parking was super convenient and loved that it was an actual garage so when it rained it didn’t affect unpacking or packing. Diane was amazing throughout the whole process ! We will definitely be returning !!
Very nice place!
Condo was very nice and clean close to beach and boardwalk and communication with owner was very good!
My family and I had a wonderful time staying at Diane’s property. It was very clean, cozy, and comfortable! We’ll defiantly be back!
Excellent location 2 blocks to the boardwalk very clean felt safe and secure with the garage would recommend this place had everything you would need we were only there for a weekend but enjoyed the place
My family was in Wildwood for a cheerleading competition at the convention center. This condo was in the perfect location to walk back and forth from the convention center plus restaurants. The place was clean and spacious for our family of 5. Thanks!
With over 9 million visitors each year, the Wildwoods are one of the top family vacation destinations in America! Wildwood was ranked the best beach in New Jersey in the 2008 Top 10 Beaches Contest sponsored by the New Jersey Marine Sciences Consortium.
Often voted as among the best in the country, the Wildwood beaches stretch on for five expansive miles — making them the largest and widest at the Jersey shore and on the entire Atlantic Coast. The very best part? With no beach tags required, they’re FREE! FREE BEACHES!
Overlooking it all is the world-famous Wildwood Boardwalk. This is 2 miles and 38 blocks packed end to end with stores, shops, water parks, eateries, live entertainment and amusement piers with over 100 rides and attractions. The boardwalk features a trolley called “The Tramcar”, which runs from end to end. “Watch the Tramcar Please! Watch the Tramcar Please!” If you have never heard this for yourself in person, you are missing out.
The sights, the sounds and the smells of the Wildwoods Boardwalk are pure sensory overload! There is something for everyone here. The Wildwood Boardwalk features several amusement parks and shops, most notably three piers collectively known as “Morey’s Piers”. You will find over a hundred rides and three different water parks to choose from.
Due to the very wide beaches, the beach is home to many sporting events, concerts, car shows, and monster truck rallies in view of the boardwalk. A stage is set off to the side of the boardwalk near Mariner's Landing Pier where several performances are held throughout the summer.
Wildwood is home to over 200 motels, built during the Doo-Wop era of the 1950s and 1960s, in an area recognized by the state of New Jersey, known as the Wildwoods Shore Resort Historic District. The term 'doo-wop' is used to describe this unique, space-age architectural style. The motels here are unique in appearance, with Vegas-like neon signs. A 1950s Doo Wop museum includes property from demolished motels such as neon signs and furniture. There are many “Neo-Doo Wop” buildings in the area as well, such as a neon lit Wawa and a 1950s styled Acme Supermarket, and even a Doo-Wop TD Bank!
Here are some other activities and attractions that the Wildwoods are famous for:
Amusement parks, water parks, basketball, biking, skateboard park, boating, Fox Park, outdoor concerts at gazebos, casinos, fishing, crabbing, kayaking, golf, jet skiing, parasailing, miniature golf, arcades, night life, outlet malls, sailing, boardwalk shopping, sunset cruises, surfing, swimming, tennis, water skiing, whale and dolphin watching,
wild life viewing, wind surfing, zoos and aquariums, etc., etc.
There's so much to do in and around Wildwood!
**Atlantic City and the casinos and night life and concerts are only 30 minutes away.
**The world-famous two-mile boardwalk is literally steps from your front door.
**The big, beautiful, guarded, FREE Wildwood beaches are second to none!
**The Cape May County Zoo is the best in New Jersey. It's free too! They ask for a donation only at the door. It's only ten minutes away from this home.
**The town of Cape May is only ten minutes away as well.
**Ride the Cape May-Lewes ferry to the outlet malls in Lewes, Delaware and ride the shuttle buses to all the outlet shopping areas. What a nice day! You will combine a beautiful Delaware Bay boat ride with shopping!
**Try a new golf course - there are many.
**Try your hand with a rod and reel or with a crab trap! Fisherman and women will have many opportunities to catch dinner.
**You won't believe the large selection of great restaurants - all within walking distance to this home.
You will remember a vacation in Wildwood for years to come. But many of our visitors don't have to TRY to remember. They come back again every single year! Make your family's special vacation memories here in the Wildwoods.
