Sweet Home Away From Home

  • 5 of 5

Couldn't have been more comfortable or content at this sweet home in the midst of Bluff Country. It had all the amenities we needed and a fully equipped kitchen, beautiful deck with large table & comfy chairs & large fire pit area below for evening fires & marshmallow roasts. Close proximity to Lanesboro shops, restaurants & theatre & many area attractions to enjoy & scenic wonders to take in. The hosts are so accommodating & checked in to ensure we didn't have any questions or needs, & offered advice on area happenings. We look forward to our next visit & will definitely return for another stay.

We really enjoyed our stay for the first time in the area. We will definitely be back and will stay here again. It is very accessible to everything in the area and we could kayak right to town. Great outfitters nearby will shuttle you where you need to go. We used Kenny with River Rats.

Loved it!

  • 5 of 5

We visited with a group of 5, it was perfect. Location is great, the home was clean, and we had everything we needed.

The owners stopped by to check and make sure we had everything we needed. Beautiful location, there is a place to rent bikes and more right down the road. Very close to lanesboro.

We would definitely stay again.

Great location for bike riding, fabulous VRBO !

  • 5 of 5

What an awesome VRBO, we could not be more pleased with our great weekend. The house was spotless, everything you need for a great relaxing weekend was at our fingertips. We spend the weekend with granddaughters and daughter to do some fall bike riding. It was so nice to have the quiet outdoor patio with campfire and the option to listen to music outside! These owners have thought of everything to make your stay fabulous. The owners stopped by twice to see if we needed ANYTHING. My husband and I have stayed at several places over the years for a weekend get away, but by far this was one of the best places we have stayed at! We for sure will return. Not only was the house fantastic the trails can not be beat. Thank you!

Perfect retreat!

  • 5 of 5

The pictures and property description don't even do it justice! The house is immaculate and has everything you need. The deck and patio area are nestled in beautiful trees. The gas station across the street, along with the owner, are a treat! The owners -- and everyone in town-- are incredibly friendly. You can see the bike trail from the house. Everything about the house and the visit was perfect! Highly recommended!
