This lovely studio condo in Daytona Beach has everything you

need for a great vacation including the best location at the beach.

On the corner of Int'l Speedway Blvd and Atlantic Ave. this unit is

in the Daytona Inn, directly on the beach. Great ocean view from

the small balcony, tastefully decorated, central air,32' flat screen t.v. ceiling fan, one

queen bed, one queen sleeper sofa, kitchenette and private bath. Huge sparkling pool and gated kiddie pool. You couldn't

ask for more at a great price!

Located on the desirable 'no drive' section of the beach only 2

blocks from the boardwalk.

**Please note that the balcony is small. Only 1 person can comfortably fit on it. The picture is from my balcony.

Perfect Location!!!!

What a perfect location to the beach, boardwalk, shops, and restaurants. We had a blast. Jane was the friendliest and most accommodating hostess I have ever rented from. Due to the renovations there were a couple of glitches , but Jane worked everything out quickly. We had the most relaxing and pleasant vacation ever. If we ever get the opportunity to vacation here again Jane will definitely be the first person we call!!!!

The location is so beyond perfect. My family and I have been coming to Daytona for 20 years & this is the best price I have ever seen! It has a bar/restaurant on the bottom and sits right on the ocean. The open space in the room is nice and bathroom was very clean. Very happy and plan on staying here every year.

not the greatest but has potential

Off to a rocky start. The person who was supposed to meet us with the key arrived late wreaking of pot but he ended up being very helpful. He left me his phone number and i contacted him when i couldn't reach the owner. We were missing the sheets for the pull out but noticed late that night so couldn't reach anyone until morning. Once i reached somebody they did sent over some sheets but i had to go buy a comforter to cover up with. Dishes and cookwear were mostly all dirty with leftover food. I think the cleaners just do the minimum and the owner doesn't know about it. A quick wash and all was good. All in all the place was livable and i think if the cleaning crew took more pride in what they do the place would be alot better. Once i got the owners number, things became alot more smooth. The app only seems to let me give one star. But i would give it 2.5 stars

Perfect Spot for our needs.

We had a great time at this condo in Daytona. Location was perfect for getting around. Just steps from the beach and pool... They have a nice restaurant on the property and bar on the beach. The staff was super friendly and helpful to all our needs. Jane's place is pet friendly which for us was a big plus. "Gotta bring the baby you know". The board walk is just a walk away on the beach. There's Joes Crab Shack there with great food. A small amusement park and across the street a Smoke house with great BQ. The condo is small but fully furnished right down to the dishes. Jane was so nice to us and accommodating. For the price it's good deal.

Great Condo

This condo is in the best spot in daytona beach. Your in the middle of everything. Steps from the beach. The condo is small but it is very nice and well worth the cost. The pool area was very nice. The owner is very nice and so easy to work with. I will be staying here when i go back to Daytona. I loved it. I would recommend this room to anyone who isn't picking or looking for a five star hotel, but i was very happy for what i paid for. :)Thank you so much Jane for a great vacation!!!!!! :)

Not what I expected

Let me just say, You get what you pay for. When we first arrived, actually got stuck in the elevator for 20 minutes. Not a good start! Then when we got to our room, the cooking equipment said to be in the room was not. I called the owner, got no response, so I left a message. When the husband returned my call he gave me a pretty far-fetched explanation as to why the items were not in the room (the guests before us stole the items). He explained they would call to the office and find a way to get us the things that were missing. We still had to wait until the next afternoon to receive them, which means we had to pay for dinner out that night. The refrigerator doesn't stay closed which ruined our food. The bath tub has peeling paint which sticks to absolutely everything that touches it. The bathroom has mold all over the ceiling. The beds are very hard and the remote didn't work with the T.V. One of the emails I received said "Everything in it is clean since I use it for my family as well as for a rental. I have brand new tile, a 27 inch t.v., ew dishes, ceiling fan, vertical blinds etc." Nothing is what she said. No vertical blinds, no new dishes (everything was mismatched in the way of dishes), nothing that she stated in the email was true!!! During the return phone call from the owners, I specifically asked what time check-out was. I was told whenever. No specific time! Apparently that is also wrong!!! We were bothered several times by the housekeeping staff and the front office. They called 3 separate times and knocked on the door twice just to see if we were gone yet. If I was told that check-out was at 11, I would've been gone! I do not appreciate being bugged. I didn't bother the front office while we were here so don't bother me just because you made a mistake in telling other guests the room was empty!! Like I said you get what you pay for. The pool was very nice. I cannot check any of the boxes because none of them are for people who want to be bothered all the time and who want to not have any of the items you were told would be there!!!

Owner's Response: As hard as it may be to believe people do steal things. We handled the situation the best we could by having the items replaced the next day. The welcome letter I send specifically states check in at 3, check out at 11. I had someone coming in so the room needed to be cleaned, that's why they were asked to leave. The front desk was only doing their job. Anyone that goes to the beach knows that things are damp and therefore mildew is inevitable. I have no control over the elevator not working. We do have new tile and ceiling fan. When the dishes break, the front desk replaces them so it is possible they don't match. When someone is not happy with something we do our best to remedy the situation promptly. It's too bad that this guest did not enjoy our place.
