the lovely and serene mangroves (nature preserve). The kitchen has
been updated with all new appliances and granite counter tops. Granite vanities and new sinks in the bathrooms as well.

This condo was very conveniently located across the street from the beach. The kitchen was well equipped and the beds were comfy. It is nice that it is across the street from Publix so you can run over and get what you need. This is the most affordable place I have ever stayed in at AMI. If you want to spend 2-3 times more to stay directly on the beach, then go ahead, but this is so close then why bother? Bill is so easy to work with which made our stay so pleasant. We will not hesitate to stay here again.
Perfect place to call home away from home
We have stayed at this place before and wouldn't think twice to do it again!! Stores across the street. Trolley stop almost at your front door. Can get to any where on the island you want. Just don't miss the last trolley!! Take it from experience. Everything you need is in the condo. Just bring clothes and tooth brush.
Bill is easy to get with and is a great help.
I would recommend this place to everyone. And I am a local.
Perfect home away from home
First impression when we walked in was very clean with a relaxing atmosphere. We loved how close it was to everything with the convenience of a Publix supermarket across the street for the nights we wanted to stay in and cook in the lovely kitchen. One of my favorite parts was having my morning breakfast on the back balcony enjoying the quiet nature preserve. We will definitely stay here again.
Home from home
I have stayed in this condo 3-4 times and have booked again for next year. The owner is so friendly and helpful which is one of the reasons we keep going back.
Condo has all you need (although being British miss an electric kettle!!) always find it clean and well equipped it is close to everything being in the centre of the island.
Supermarket across the street, 5 min walk to beach for morning stroll and coffee or walk down after super to watch the sunset.
I have never had any issues with "smell" from mangrove preserve or with adjusting the air con. I feel if we did have any issues the owner would deal with them very promptly.
Hopefully to have many more relaxing and happy holidays here.
Lovely condo in a great location.
We have just returned home after spending another great month at this condo. The owners are wonderful people, very friendly, helpful and accomodating. They will do anything they can so that you enjoy your stay.
The condo is very well equiped and ideally located, only a 5 minute walk to the beach and even less to the stores. The free trolley stops almost at the door and can take you all the way up and down the Island. Their drivers are very friendly and helpful especially if you are a new comer.
Nothing beats an evening sitting out on the screened balcony, overlooking the Mangrove Preserve. Looking at the starry sky and breathing in all that wonderful fresh air....wow !! During the day you can watch all kinds of birds as they tend their nests ang young in the Preserve. Wonderful sights to see.
The peace and quiet and beauty is really something to behold.
The neighbors upstairs are permanent residents and are a lovely, friendly and helpful couple.
We have been fortunate to enjoy this condo for many vacations, and hope the owners will allow us to return again.
Very nice condo in Holmes Bch, FL
My daughter and I had a great time this past May at this condo. The pictures and description on this site matched what we found. It was nice to have covered parking on the ground floor. The condo was very clean and looked/smelled good. It made a very nice vacation since we were allowed to bring our dog along. A short walk to the pool or a 5 minute car ride to the beach made us very happy. A Publix and a CVS are right across the street from the condo. I noticed the a/c setting at 77 degrees but with the ceiling fans everying was "cool"! I have talked to the owner numerous times and it is like talking to a friend. The owner even acted upon my request for a recliner type chair in the living area to be "comfy" watcing tv. I met the neighbors upstairs and they were friendly and year around residents. I have rented the condo for March 2011 which indicates I one very satisifed customer here!
Activity and Interests
Charter Boat Fishing, Surf Fishing, Boating, Swimming, Kayaking,
Para-sailing, and Jet Skiing. Some of most lovely Sunsets on the
coast. Manatee County Beach 3 blocks away with cafe and gift shop, with restrooms. Life Guards, Volley Ball nets, and playground for smaller kids.

-Stop for a free trolley stop is located at the entrance to the
-Premium Outlet shopping just 15 minutes away in Ellenton, Florida.
-Tampa is 40 Minutes north. Orlando/Disney is 1and 1/2 hours north/northeast.
-Sarasota just 15 minutes down Gulf Blvd (great restaurants,
theater, clubs, shopping).
Additional information about rental rates
Weekly Rate: $450 - $650
Monthly Rate: $1700 - $2600.
May (5/1) through November (11/30) - $450 to $550/week or $1700/month
December (12/1) through April (4/30) - $550 to $650/week or $2600/month**
A $70 cleaning fee will also be added at the end of your stay.
There is a 11.5% tax that will be added ( 5% resort tax imposed
by Florida's Manatee County and 6.5% Florida sales tax).
A $200 deposit will hold the dates, with the remainder of the Lease amount due 3 weeks before your stay. I accept Credit Card and Check transfer payments Through Pay Pro. I can Send you a e-mail invoice to be paid through Pay Pro with a 2.5% fee. A 3.5% fee for international charges.
