About the Owner
I bought this unit a year after I was widowed. I raised 5 children alone. they grew up loving this unit. It provided us with yearly vacations until we moved from Maryland to Florida in 1979. Three of my children live within a few miles of this 'getaway' and are able to use it a few weekends a year.
I am an RN and Certified Healthcare Risk Manager who is now retired and living in Winter Haven, FL.
This wonderful unit has seen my children grow up from pre teen/teen to responsible adults who still and will always enjoy and love this place.
From the Owner
“Having purchased this unit after the death of my husband this area provided me with that 'getaway place', one that we had not shared and one that gave me a sense of person, who I became as an individual outside of our home. Long walks on this beach (It is the BEST walking beach) brought me peace and healing.”

From the Owner
“This condo had a long history of a waiting list for seasonal renters. I needed to be able to rent the unit for 3-4 months a year to comfortably meet its operational expenses, taxes, and upkeep. The reputation of this condo was excellent. I felt confident that me and my children would be able to maintain this unit and enjoy its benefits. This place has been our joy, our blessing, our refuge, our family gathering place…that port in the storm when needed. I recently spent time with my great-granddaughter on this beach. A full circle. It was her mom I first held here as an infant. You can see that I love this place and that should give you confidence that it has been maintained as a clean, comfortable place to 'kick back' and enjoy. I know you will too!!”
