This property has a wow factor the minute you step inside and are overlooking the bay, see the amenities, and the amount of space provided. We had about 15 in our group made up of adults and children, and plenty of room to spread out without being on top of each other. The kids were able to play in the game room upstairs, and adults could congregate downstairs without hearing or talking over each other. The beds were amazingly comfortable, and may cause you to sleep in a little longer than expected, but hey your on vacation. Fishing on the back pier was fun, and entertaining, as we never knew what we were going to catch. We caught perch, trout, stingrays, catfish, dog fish, and accidentally a sea urchin. The beach is just a few blocks away, as well as numerous eateries, and things to do. We will definitely come back to this home next year, and are looking forward to making it an annual trip.
This was our 2nd stay in the condo. It far exceeded our expectations and was far better than various other rentals we've experienced on the island. It's not beach-side, but when you see the view out the back door as soon as you walk in the house, you will not care. The sunsets are simply breathtaking and you can enjoy off 1 of the 3 balconies facing it. Plus walking to the beach takes 10 minutes- You can drive too - there was plenty of public parking.
You will really feel at home here as the owners, Klaus and Ali did not skip a detail. The beds are extremely comfortable, the appliances and fixtures are top notch, and there is climate control on every floor. They've also equipped the home with fun things to take to the beach, kayaks, bicycles, etc. There are several refrigerators around the house so you will have no shortage for storing your food and beverages. If you cook, you will enjoy the various pots, pans, spices, serving dishes, etc.
This place is magical - everything you could ask for - BEAUTIFUL views, EXCELLENT fishing, RELAXING atmosphere, PERFECT location near wonderful restaurants and shops. Did I mention the owners are some of the nicest people I've ever had the pleasure of working with? I refuse to stay anywhere else when I am on the island!
Perfect. The pictures are great but do not do this property justice. We had a group of five couples with kids and this was an absolutely perfect property for our group. The house was beautifully decorated and really right on the bay, we kayaked right off the deck! The rooms had nice king size comfortable beds and the bathrooms were beautiful with nice showers and jetted tubs. The kids had fun playing in the loft with the games and the guys had fun playing in the game room ping pong, pool, and air hockey. With this many people we were a little worried about sound, since some of us had infants, but it was really sound proof and we had no issues at all. I would recommend this home to everyone.
