About David Catalino
Grew up in NY State, and came to San Diego for law school. Love San Diego and been here 30 years. Bought this property in 2002 with my mother and sister and it is a family operation and we still take of all the details ourselves.
David Catalino purchased this Townhome in 2002
Why David Catalino chose Mission Beach
Big deck that faces south and gets sun all day. Short walk to the biggest beach in San Diego near Lifeguard Tower 10. Beach has volleyball courts, and room for any beach game you can think of but also private spots for sunning.
What makes this Townhome unique
Quiet area with mainly families and small children. The action of Belmont Park and the roller coaster are short walk or bike ride north. New restaurant Draft near roller coaster has great food and 40 beers on tap. Upstairs is Cannon Ball for sushi and other seafood, drinks and sun. Other Attractions: Seaworld San Diego Zoo Midway Aircraft Carrier Museum Seaport Village Gaslamp Quarter Torrey Pines Golf Course Old Town San Diego Balboa Park Village of La Jolla Coronado Island Petco Park where the SD Padres play from April to September

We come to San Diego every year for the 4th, this was a great place and location. Owner was outstanding. Would definitely rent this place again.
Awesome Summer Trip
Loved this property!. Location is in a quiet area of South Mission Beach and right next to the ocean. Would recommend this to everyone traveling to Mission Beach
Great family place!
Great place for a family! Spacious with plenty of room for everyone. Including a large kitchen and outdoor deck. The perfect location for accessing the beach and boardwalk. The area is not overly crowded or noisy. Dave was very accommodating and added fans in each bedroom for us. The rooms cooled down nicely at night with the windows opened and with the fans if there was any outside noise we never heard it. Wonderful trip and hope to stay there again!
Great experience! Great time! Recommend for anyone!
Family school year getaway
We loved this house for our family of 8. It was very close to the beach. I pulled a bar stool out to the deck every morning and drank coffee while I watched the ocean. We enjoyed the location to the beach, bay, restaurants, and sea world. The parking garage is very small but we were able to pull our mini van in there, we just had to pull it out before anyone could get in.
So close to the water! I got my Toyota Avalon in the garage! The owners friend was at our disposal at all times whenever we encountered a problem with getting the DVD and TV hooked up or the garage door opener to work!
