This is a beautiful top floor end unit on the beach, facing St Pete Beach.

There is an unobstructed direct view of the Gulf of Mexico from the master bedroom. As you lay on the bed, you see only the water and sky through the window.

You may look down the beach and the Gulf from the private balcony and the second bedroom.

Quite private. Only the entrance door adjoins the common hall. There is no access to the windows from the outside.

The address of the property is 6950 Beach Plaza (33706) and the land next to the Caprice is a permanent public beach (Upham Beach), ie, no buildings that would impede the beautiful views have ever been constructed!

The large living room, master bedroom, second bedroom and balcony all provide you breathtaking views. This unit is smoke-free and pets are not permitted in the building. The unit will comfortably accommodate 6 people. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, LCD TV/DVD, walk-in closet and private bathroom. The second bedroom has two twin beds, a walk-in closet and sliding doors that lead to the balcony. In the living room you will find newer leather sofas that include a queen size pull-out bed to accommodate extra guests. The fully equipped kitchen includes fridge with ice-making, dishwasher, stove and microwave, as well as blender, coffeemaker, toaster, mixer, electric can opener plus plenty of cooking utensils. The eating area has a large table that will seat six. This private end unit also offers separate laundry facilities which is located directly on the same floor a few steps away from the unit. Plenty of room at this end unit to store your pool toys just outside the front door

Wonderful place & amazing views

My children & I had a wonderful time at the Caprice #501. The views from the balcony & master bedroom were amazing !! The unit was clean & very private. We hope to come back in the near future. Highly recommend 👍🏻

Great location, outdated condo.

We live about an hour away from this condo, we go to St Pete Beach every weekend during the Summer, but rarely stayed overnight. We decided to take a 4 day vacation (6 people). The condo's location is great, great views and easy access to the beach. Unfortunately, the carpet was very, very dirty, vertical blinds kept falling off, bathrooms need serious updating, the pull out couch did not work for the first 2 nights, when call maintenance, their answer was that it was not considered an emergency and suggested we sleep on the floor. Called the following day (Sunday), and again, it was not considered an emergency and somebody will look at it the next day. We emailed the guy we rented it from and he responded very quickly and somebody showed up Sunday to look at it, he did his best, got the bed out but it was broken and would not lay flat or close back up (took half of the living space). Finally, someone came Monday and fixed it. Needless to say 2 of the 6 people staying tried to sleep on the floor and ended up going home and coming back the following day, same thing the next day. Out of the 3 nights, they could only sleep there one night (very, very uncomfortable mattress anyways, even with 3 comforters on top of it). We got refunded one night and are very pleased that at least they did that for us.

I would just suggest investing some money updating this great location condo (tile instead of carpet, new sleeper couch with comfortable mattress and updating bathrooms and blinds).

The person we have been in contact with from the very beginning (Lorenzzo) was very good at getting back to us and trying to fix the couch's problem. We would go back if these issues were fixed.

Perfect little condo tucked away in what feels like your own private part of St. Pete Beach.

The condo is great. Plenty of space for my family of five. A little dated, but the location is perfect. Beautiful portion of St. Pete beach and so close to everything! We will be staying again.

We had a great vacation while staying in the Caprice #501. It is a great location if you wish to park your car...enjoy the beach and walk to all restaurants and entertainment locations. We have stayed there before and would recommend it to friends.
