Our 3-bedroom designer home will comfortably accommodate a family of six. But it is also perfect for three couples traveling together, or as a romantic and extra-spacious getaway for two.

Unlike many Isla condos which tend to be old fashioned, our house is light, modern, airy and beautifully furnished with every modern convenience. We upgrade it every year to the highest standards. Ideal for people in search of a high level of comfort and all the convenience of a 'home-away-from-home.'

Two minutes drive from the sugar-white sands of St. Pete Beach and the historic Don CeSar this lovely Island View 3-bedroom / 2.5-bathroom Town Home is situated across the bridge in Isla del Sol's exclusive Mirada Circle.

Amenities include a 2-storey designer-furnished private Town Home with a fully equipped up-to-the minute kitchen with microwave and dishwasher. There is a modern washer/dryer, private garage, 4 color TVs, VCR and stereo. And of course full air-conditioning throughout. This beautiful home now includes free high speed 70Mbps wi-fi broadband & 46' Sony flatscreen. plus TVs in all bedrooms. And a new electric BBQ!

It is ideal for the perfect beach and pool holiday.You are just twenty paces from our shimmering blue pool where you can relax on a sunbed or take a quiet cooling dip, then unwind in the bubbling Jacuzzi on the sun deck. And there's a paddling pool for children of 3 years and under.

Relax in the large, beautifully-appointed sitting room with floor-to-ceiling Florida blinds leading out onto the patio and barbeque terrace, which in turn look out over landscaped lawns with an ornamental lake and fountain.

Retire to the quiet privacy of the den if you want to get away from others.

Dine in comfort & splendour inside or take a cooling drink while using the new electric BBQ on the patio overlooking the tropical garden. Feed the wild ducks and herons.

Dear Julian, We had a safe trip back to Germany and like to give you some feedback about your house. Staying at your Florida home was a real pleasure for us and we throughly enjoyed every single day. The house is so beautiful and perfectly equipped, we liked the neighborhood a lot and felt very safe! Since we are a family of four, three bedrooms and two bathrooms were perfect for us. We enjoyed going to nearby Pass-A-Grille Beach as well as relaxing at the community pool. We had a perfect vacation which we throughly enjoyed and would like to spend our summer 2016 vacation in your house once more. We loved this rental. It was in an ideal place with easy access to the pool and walking paths. The house was beautiful and had great decorations. It was very relaxing and peaceful. We cannot wait to come back!

Perfect Vacation Home

Beautiful spacious townhome in excellent condition. Very well maintained with all the conveniences of home Nice quiet neighborhood conducive to walking and enjoying the sunshine. The pool is only a few steps from the front door and the beach less than 2 miles away. Location is ideal with close proximity to restaurants, shopping and downtown St. Petersburg. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing stay with access to a variety of amenities.

Superb holiday home

This stunning three-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom town home is ideal for the perfect Floridian holiday. There is also a den with sofa bed for 2 more guests. It has just been (July 2014) newly carpeted throughout. Built in 1992, it has a modern feel in every room including all essential appliances such as a dishwasher, disposal, microwave, oven, refrigerator, washing machine, dryer and 4 flat screen televisions, radio cassette/CD player and a DVD player. Its interior features include blinds on all windows, ceiling fans, a balcony and an amazing vaulted cathedral ceiling in the sitting room. The beautiful townhome's exterior features include a patio surrounded by lush landscaping, garage, shared heated pool and spa. Our car currently occupies the garage, while there is ample parking on the ramp.
