Condo, 2 Bedrooms + Convertible bed(s), 2 Baths, (Sleeps 6)
About Doug Hausladen
I manage two condos on behalf of my parents, whom have retired and moved on to better things to do with their time.
Doug Hausladen purchased this Condo in 2003
Why Doug Hausladen chose Siesta Key
Siesta Key is a family friendly place that has something for everyone. Sarasota has many cultural venues and the beach is unique in that it is made out of quartz. The Palm Bay Club has the most amenities of any property on the Key. My parents bought there because of all the golf nearby and because of the magic of the large beach.
What makes this Condo unique
It is total relaxation when I go there.
100% refund if canceled at least 60 days before arrival date.
Our stay was fine, the positives:
The WiFi was great. Nice location. On Sunday the pool was accessible and enjoyable. It’s a short walk to the beach, which was as described. The condo is tidy. I’d suggest eating at Walt’s just off the strip...the food was great!
As for the negatives:
We found the master bed to be uncomfortable.
The TVs didn’t work for us. I also haven’t been refunded the $250 refundable deposit yet, which is annoying.
Checked all the boxes!
We stayed at this specific property last year and fell in love. It had everything we needed for our 3 night stay on the bay.
The pool is one of the most beautiful as it is right on the bay and you can watch boats and wild life go by. Also the hot tub is divine.
The unit itself is open and spacious with every amenity and need met.
fun and sun
I gave it only for stars instead of 5 because there were cable issues and a leaky sink. Other than that it was great as usual.
This condo is perfect!!! Large, very clean, well kept, and had everything we needed. The property is beautiful. WE LOVE PALM BAY CLUB!! W e where able to see all boats in the bay from the balconies. Our unit was located near the fishing pier, pool and jacuzzi area.. WE LOVED IT!!! The beach is beautiful. The walk across the street took us about 5 minutes. Wished we could've stayed longer.
Have two small children... not one of the three TVs worked!
The unit was beautiful the location was great ... that being said there was no paper towels no working TVs and 1/2 a roll of toilet paper in each bathroom.... the communication was hours of waiting to be told sorry nothing is gonna happen .... for someone who’s main focus in there add was “ 12 free channels of hbo” it was difficult to not have any tv for the kids ... the unit was clean the parking was abundant and the beach was close ...
Siesta Key Paradise
This property as a whole was remarkable, not to mention the owner was very responsive (to even a non-urgent issue about the TV) and easy to work with. The unit was very clean, spacious, and wonderfully furnished. The amenities at the property were an added bonus.
Hiking, Biking, Golf, Tennis, Fitness Center, Fishing, Shopping, Restaurants, Live Theater, Cinemas, Museums, Sightseeing, Swimming, Snorkeling/Diving, Boating, Sailing, Water-skiing, Windsurfing, Parasailing, Jet Skiing, Shelling, and biking are all available close by. The condo is conveniently located near area attractions such as the Mote Marine Aquarium, St. Armands Circle, Siesta Village, John & Mable Ringling Museum of Art, Marie Selby Botanical Gardens, Sarasota Jungle Gardens, Also Theatre, Van Wezel Performing Arts Hall and Ed Smith Stadium as well as area businesses like Sarasota Memorial Hospital and Sarasota Bradenton International Airport. There are many golf courses in the Sarasota area. There is a course to challenge everyone.
