About David Nugiel

I am a chemistry professor at a local community college in suburban Philadelphia. This property has been in the family for over 30 years and we have been bringing our kids to enjoy all Eastman has to offer their whole lives.

Why David Nugiel chose Grantham

My in-laws are from Boston and owned the property from 1985 until my wife and I bought the place in 2003. Our kids grew up coming to Eastman their whole lives and we wanted to keep the property in the family as its such an amazing vacation destination. All three of our kids are avid outdoors people as a result of the time they spent here.

What makes this condo unique

The combination of lake and golf in the summer, fall foliage and nearby skiing in the winter makes this place an ideal 4-season escape.

Sliding door to deck over looks the lake. Dining area seats eight comfortably with sliding door to deck that over looks the lake. Deck has eating area, charcoal grill and plenty of lounge chairs to take in the beautiful vistas of Eastman Pond. Well equipped kitchen with electric stove, dishwasher, garbage disposal, toaster, microwave, an coffee maker. Individually controlled ceiling fans in the master bedroom, dining area and family room. Beach toys, lounge chairs, bikes, kayak and a hammock are available to make your summertime fun complete!

We are within the community of Eastman, located off of Exit 13 of I-89.

Mt. Sunapee is located just one exit from Eastman and offers downhill
