Nora Brown purchased this condo in 2005
We fell in love with the Keys, specifically Key Colony Beach, back in the 1980's and purchased this property in 2005.
Key Colony Beach is similar to the Caribbean in terms of their climate and culture. Quiet, beautiful, nature, safe, friendly, and laid-back are some factors that made us choose this property.
We rented this 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo in March for the kids Spring Break. Loved the location. Great little area... walked to get my coffee every morning at the local coffee shop -- lots of joggers, walkers and bike riders. The beach and pool were awesome... the picnic/grill area are great. All the other renters/owners were great — nice family-friendly atmosphere. Unit is located on the third floor, in the first building (closest to the road). The beach/pool is just a short walk.
