This three bedroom, two bath duplex style condominium is conveniently located within walking distance from the famous El Paseo shopping district. Quiet comfort and security within this gated community offers ample offstreet parking on a cul de sac. This lovely and spacious unit has approximately 1600 square feet and can sleep up to six comfortably. The third bedroom doubles as a den/office with a queen sized pull out bed. Guests may access the landscaped private patio from the living room or from two of the bedrooms. The recently remodeled kitchen is fully equipped, making the preparation of gourmet meals a snap.
Complimentary highspeed internet (with WIFI), cable TV, telephone with unlimited local and long distance service within the USA is provided.

Nothing beats the open-air feeling of this single story condo, with light filtering in throughout the day! It is truly like living in a house rather than the many multi-unit multi-story condos found elsewhere. And so close to the infamous El Paseo shopping district and restaurants, the Living Desrt and the arts and street fair at the College of the Desert!
We throughly enjoyed our stay at this El Paseo area condo. The property is nicely appointed, clean, comfortable and well maintained. The owners provided excellent customer service promptly responding to all our inquiries and going out of their way to make sure we had a great experience. We love to walk so we appreciated the condo's proximity to the shop's and restaurants on El Paseo and to the weekend market at the community college. The development is small so we rarely had to share the pool and spa and when we did the other people were very pleasant. We were sad to see our vacation come to an end and we will look forward to returning again soon.
This property is in a great location, in the middle of Palm Desert. A gated community giving a feeling of safety and Brian and Gary go out of there way to make you feel welcome. I have stayed there in January for the last two years and would definitely stay there again the next time I get to the Palm Desert area. I would certainly recommend this property to anyone for a great vacation.
This was our second time staying at this property. The recent renovations are lovely, with the possible exception of the dishwasher, which does not fit in the opening making it very difficult to close the dishwasher door. The home is clean, well maintained and well stocked with kitchen, laundry and cleaning supplies. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub, and did a lot of walking around the area - shopping, restaurants, College of the Desert are all within walking distance. The owners are pleasant and very accommodating, and we would not hesitate to recommend the property to others.
This is the 2nd time we have rented this condo and we love the easy access to every where we want to go. Great dining room and love the pool.

Mike and I enjoyed our time in Palm Desert. The location of the condo was excellent. It was close to grocery stores, shopping (El Paso), restaurants and tourist attractions.
The condo could use some updates. Blinds in the living area need to be replaced. The kitchen shows general wear and tear. The tile grout needs general cleaning, but it may be more reasonable and add higher value to install crushed quartz or granite. Dry wall repairs are needed in the living area ceiling and wall adjacent to the refrigerator. Some floor tiles also seemed to be loose. In the master bedroom area the bed should be replaced. The toilet flush system was a constant irritation. (The chain comes unattached far to often.) Longer term include updating the shower to add value. Overall the quality of the TVs is not up to expectations. This may seem like a large amount of negativity yet please realize the intent is to help you maximize the value of the unit. The property was very clean which was a real plus. The pool area was truly beautiful. The pool, pool deck,and hot tub were well maintained. Unfortunately the lights for the tennis courts were not working. We appreciated the quick response to the shower repair. William did a great job.
Our month long stay in this home was wonderful. The property and pool area were well maintained. The complex is small and quiet, and within walking distance of grocery stores and other shopping. The home has a great outdoor area with morning sun and beautiful plants. Kitchen was well appointed, we barbecued a lot and enjoyed our meals on the patio. Brian and Gary could not have been more friendly and accommodating - they are a pleasure to deal with, and we would not hesitate to recommend this property.

May-October $2800.00 per month - electricity surcharge may be required for excessive electricity (A/C)
In addition to rental rates, we ask for a $500.00 refundable
security/damage deposit and a $125.00 non-refundable cleaning fee.
