Beautiful View - Wonderful time.

My family leaves in the Hudson area so this condo was perfect for me. Less traffic then other vacation areas, close to airports and beautiful beaches and scenery. The heated pool was very nice with a sandy beach for grand-kids making sand castles. I definitely would go back.

Awesome views and economical!

When extending our stay through a holiday weekend this condo provided a far better option than trying to book 2 hotel rooms for 2 nights over the New Years weekend with plenty more amenities than we would have been able to get anywhere. The views from the private balcony were amazing, the condo was clean, and the property manager was very accommodating on such short notice! It was a plus having a full kitchen and laundry option as well. We made the drive down to Clearwater beach on New Year's Day which was a little bit of a drive but well worth it and nice to come back in the evening to a quieter setting. Even the other renters and owners were friendly and helpful.

LOVED the view and facilities, felt betrayed by management group

This condo is on the 8th floor and had a great view. Loved watching the fish swimming by, the porpoises coming in to feed, the boats going in and out of the harbor. Our stay was in December, and the pool was in the shade all the time. Of most concern, however, was the state of the condo -- it was dirty. Dirty dishes were in the cabinets and the grill on top of the fridge had layers of dust and grease on it. All of which was quickly remedied by my actions, no thanks to the management company who did nothing in spite of the fact they had charged me $125 for a cleaning fee. The condo needs to be painted and decorated, and even base boards were missing. Electric lights didn't work. DESPITE this, I really enjoyed the condo -- it was spacious and had a crock pot as well as the grill, which we used. The condo has great potential -- I hope the owner will spend a little bit of money to bring it up to snuff, and will get a new management company and cleaning crew.

Peaceful and Relaxing

My family and I really enjoyed ourselves. Upon our arrival the first day the guard was not very friendly and was quite "upset and put out", according to.him because we had come in 2 separate vehicles and wasn't told. He wanted me to email Ms. Debi and let her know that. There wasn't a lot locally for my older children but we went an hour south to Clearwater Beach. It was a very peaceful as there weren't many people there, other than those than live there...mostly elderly/retired. The mornings and evenings were very beautiful and peaceful as we watched the boats coming in and going out.My daughter's car was side swiped in the parking lot but we were not made aware until we found it. Otherwise it was well worth the money and time we spent together.

Great place to chill.

Beautiful condo. Everything you need is provided. While sitting on our balcony we saw manatee, sharks, stingrays and large fish in the water below. We will return here for another visit one day.

Horrible and would NEVER consider using this company again.

Planning our vacation to see our new granddaughter was completely ruined by this company. Not only did we book, wait for confirmation of availability and PAY for this rental, we also rented a car for our travels to Florida from Birmingham. Debbie Hartman and I spoke several times and then the dreaded happened. Debbie Hartman was off work and her counterpart called me stating that my unit was no longer available and that two days before Memorial weekend, I not her or the company, but I would need to get back online and see if I could find anything else. Needless to say, we lost $343 to our rental car..... and did not get to have our vacation or visit our granddaughter. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND OR EVEN CONSIDER USING THIS COMPANY AGAIN. THEY RUIN VACATIONS, NOT FACILITATE THEM. 6.3.2016 #leftwithasourtaste

Owner's Response: No one likes having vacation plans disrupted or interrupted by changes to their flights or lodging reservations. At Home Property Management strives to accommodate every guest in a professional manner. On rare occasions, though, circumstances beyond our control occur that affect the commitment we have to our clientele. Unfortunately, the circumstances that unfolded regarding your booking were dictated by the owner of the rental property and not "At Home", after being informed of the May 27th booking, the owner of the unit informed on us that they had, without our knowledge, promised to rent the unit to a patient of the Bonati Spine Institute. At Home Property Mgmt. accepted your booking on Friday, May 20th. I was out of the office on Monday, May 23rd due to surgery and my "counterpart" informed you as soon as we learned of the other booking. She immediately searched online to see if another owner or property management company had any availability and forwarded them to you as all the properties that I manage in that complex were occupied (17 in all). "#leftwithasourtaste" was refunded all her monies, including the booking fee that was absorbed by At Home Property Mgmt. We apologize for any miscommunication and inconvenience that happened in this instance. Sincerely, At Home
