Only 10 minutes from SouthWest Florida International Airport (Fort Myers), 5 miles to the Twins stadium.

My husband and I totally enjoyed our stay March and April of 2015 at this wonderful condo in Timberwood Village. The owners, Nancy and Henry couldn’t have been more gracious. The condo itself is lovely, clean and very comfortable. The location was perfect for us – near restaurants, golf courses, shopping, etc. The lanai is very large and the condo is close to the pool – which we used almost every day. Unfortunately, we are not able to be in Florida this year, but hope to return and we would definitely stay at this condo again if it were available. Thank you Nancy and Henry for making our Florida vacation last year so wonderful!
We had a wonderful time at Nancy's and Henry's condo. It was nice and clean and had everything we needed to explore southwest Florida. The condo is centrally located so we could go both north and south to walk the several parks and nature centers. We also spent several days at the beaches. We especially liked the lanaii for breakfast, and to relax at the end of the day.
We found this vacation rental to meet all of our expectations. It was very clean and neat, well decorated and all of the appliances and amenities worked. It was also a nice place to entertain. We had about 20 people in on New Years day and there was plenty of space to get around. The owners were very pleasant and made certain our stay was enjoyable. The swimming pool was very close and convenient for this unit. The location was good for going shopping, golfing or seeing the sights around Fort Myers. Ron and Rende hope to come back next year.
This condo is wonderfully furnished and very clean and well-maintained. Everything you would need for a great vacation is provided. The location next to the pool is a plus. You couldn't ask for nicer "landlords" than Nancy and Henry. The location is very quiet but just a short distance to Route 41 and all the shopping and restaurants.
