Beautiful 3 bedroom Jupiter Beach house with pool that backs up to Dubois Park. Jupiter inlet is a five minute walk from the house through Dubois park. Jupiter Beach at the inlet is a ten minute walk through Dubois Park to the footbridge over the estuary to Jupiter Inlet Park.
This house is superbly located for beach and fishing activities within walking distance. The home is so close to the beach that you can hear the ocean and feel the ocean breezes. Tropical plants and palm trees in the backyard along with the kidney shaped pool make this home a real tropical vacation paradise.
The house is just a one minute drive (5-10 minute walk) to three of Jupiter's best situated waterfront restaurants; Jetty's, Guanabanna's and U-Tiki.
The Square Grouper is also within walking distance and is a great place for happy hour on the inlet or charter fishing from their docks. On weekends there is a golf cart taxi service that can take you home after a late night of music and drinks. Guanabana's features an excellent outdoor tropical waterfront restaurant and kayak and paddle board rentals for exploring the mangroves and the intracoastal waterway.
Sue and I live in Annapolis, MD and come to Jupiter as often as we can. We have family and friends in Jupiter including my sister, Tricia, who is our property manager.

My father lives in nearby condos and during our visits with him, Sue and I always loved seeing the houses on this quiet street as we walked by on our way to the beach and Inlet through Dubois Park. We waited patiently for one of the houses to come up for sale, and when it did, we jumped on it. The location just cannot be beat. It is wonderful to be able to walk or bike to everything we love about Jupiter. The waterfront restaurants, bars, marinas, beach, and inlet are all within walking distance. And, it is also fun to ride bikes to all those places as well. We plan to retire here someday and in the mean time, we try to put as much of the rent as we can back into the house to continually update it. We gutted and renovated the kitchen, resurfaced the pool, put in a new fence, AC unit, washer/dryer, furniture, and more. We love vacationing in an updated house and our renters do too.
With my now wife looking for a thoughtful place to honeymoon, we vacillated between hotels and resorts. Being fans of extended-stay hotels for the kitchenettes and ease of parking, it was a nice happenchance that she found this location through various web searches. Comparing prices, she found a rental fit what we wanted: tropical climate in her old stomping grounds (she lived a fair portion of adulthood in southern Florida), a pool, close to retail, restaurants, and grocery stores, and much more house than we're used to. Peter, the owner, was quick to reply to inquiries before and during our stay. The carafe for the coffee maker was cracked and it was quickly taken care of (there is a Keurig machine for those who prefer). The kitchen is nicely updated and we enjoyed cooking our meals on the ample countertop space with many available pans, pots, containers, etc. The house is plenty large to host a vacationing family. It's my hope to rope my parents into coming down with us at some point to enjoy the property and area and still have plenty of privacy in the house. There are a number of TVs, access to the backyard is available through pretty much then entire rear wall of sliding glass doors. The climate controls were easy to use and the house was very comfortable our entire stay.
For those who enjoy restauranting, there are at least five restaurants within a few hundred yards and plenty more within a five-minute drive. The nearest main road, Route A1A, is under some construction, but traffic is slight enough that it never affected our trips and it looks like it should be complete in short order (as of July 2015).
Compared to a hotel or typical resort, as trite as it may sound, the parking is wonderful. Hauling heavy suitcases is barely an issue when you walk right into the house in your own (!) garage, with two bicycles, and even a smattering of pool floats and what not presumably left by other tenants. Check in is a breeze in that it's not even necessary!
My wife and I really loved our stay there and definitely plan on making it our regular getaway when we have a full week to visit the area. Kudos to Peter for making it available and a value compared to hotels and resorts. If you have a couple of families staying (I think the house can sleep 8 or so), the price is way cheaper than a hotel and the communal area of the kitchen/dining/living rooms is really nice.

The home was everything described and more! It was beautiful and spacious! It had everything you need. The owners made sure we had all instructions needed. We loved the pool. Our kids spent all day and night in the pool! We cooked several nights using the fully equipped kitchen and gas grill outside. Quiet neighborhood and very close to everything! We will definitely be back!!
I can underline every positive statement people gave for recommendation for that great house! We (3 adults, 2 twens, 1 child) loved it very much. Everything was easy to handle. The restaurants (5-7 min to walk) were great. Must for dinner: Guanabanas (Burritos), Jetty`s (steak & Seafood) and U-tiki (Burgers, Wings & Sushi) -> incredible great food!!! The house has everything you need. The kids loved playing in the pool. We looking forward to come back next summer!!!Following some positive statemanets in german:Das Haus bietet wirklich alles was man für einen sorglosen Urlaub benötigt. Es liegt sehr ruhig in einer sehr sicheren Gegend. Die umliegenden Restaurants & Bars sind alle zu empfehlen. Der Besitzer wird aber bei Buchung eine Übersicht mit Empfehlungen geben. Einkaufsstätten sind in 3-5 min per Auto zu erreichen. Der Strand (sehr sauber) mit einer vorgezogenen Schwimmlagune (perfekt für kleinere Kinder und Schattenliebhaber) ist in 5 (Lagune)- 10 min (Atlantik) bequem zu erreichen. Das Wasser im Meer war ungefähr 25-26 Grad warm und sehr klar und sauber! Das Haus ist zwar schon etwas älter, was man in der einen oder anderen Ecke an Abnutzung sehen kann, bekommt aber trotzdem aufgrund des Gesamteindruckes sowie der Lage glatte 5 Sterne von uns!
My family and I booked our vacation online through VRBO and chose this lovely home in Jupiter beach FL. The owner was most accommodating and pleasant. The home had all the ammenities of our own home including beach towels and a kitchen stocked with pots and pans, dish soap, trash bags etc. The laundry room was stocked with detergent and fabric softener. The pool is gorgeous and well maintained. We ate at home several nights utilizing the gas grill. There were bikes provided for our short trip to the beach where we watched baby sea turtles venture to the sea. We had zero trouble with insects. We had originally planned to take our dog but decided against it at the last minute. We look forward to renting from Pete and his wife again when we return to the area.
We have just returned from a week long stay at this wonderful home. The location is easy for the beach and has close access to the intercoastal waterways, including Dubois Park.
The area has many resturants, waterfront bars and is generally an area which has everything within easy reach including several Publix Supermarkets.
On arrival, everything was as stated by the owner and the whole experience was made clear and easy for us.
The home is extremely well stocked with beach towels, bath towels, bed linen, kitchen ware and glasses of every shape and size.
The pool area is clean and well maintained with several loungers and chairs for relaxation. The pool is great and there is also a patio area with linnet if you want an indoor/outdoor experience.
The living area is huge with several couches which proved to be be the main area we used in the evening as it really lovely and relaxing.
We will most definitley return.
Our family stayed here in September 2013,,house was very good, great location, with all amenities as described. Clean and well maintained, with plenty of linens and towels available. Very well stocked kitchen and great grill.Owner provided very good customer service. The taxi golf cart is an added bonus in the area and we did use it to get to and from the great restaurants which are close to the house.
House backs onto Dubois park and beech only short walk away.
I would have no hesitation in recommending this house.
Great area, very safe, and lovely restaurants nearby.
