Location, location,location briefly describes this small piece of
paradise. Located on a private and quiet openwater lot, this
charming home offers a wonderful view even to those people who do
not want to go outside. While sitting inside or lazing out on a
lounger, the tranquility and beauty of the tropics are yours. The
very comfortable and functional home is fully equiped for a
wonderful vacation. The bedrooms are furnished with queen sized
beds and each bedroom has a full bath. The kitchen has a
dishwasher, electric stove, blender, toaster/oven, coffee pot and
radio/cd player for the cook's enjoyment. The dishes are full
service with tropical pattern and 18/10 stainless flatwear. There is a
separate set of dishes for outside dining if paper plates are not
wanted. There is also a set of formal China for those very special occasions. Washer, dryer and iron and ironing board are also provided and in excellent condition.

chairs and a beautiful large table with 2 side benches and a
barbeque grill. There is a queen sized pull out sofa in the
living room. The home has very nice palm trees and flowers adding to
its tropical appeal. The boat space outfront is excellent for a
large or small boat with deep water and cleats to secure the boat.
There are three tvs and 2 vcrs, a small stereo system, a selection of
videos both for adults and children as well as an assortment of books
for both adults and children. The home also has WiFi access. This is our home away from home and when it has been used by renters, they have thanked us for its
comfort. We hope you find it to be a place of comfort and relaxation
to you and your family!
The house has WiFi and works well with cell phone reception.
We had added a memory foam mattress for use with the pull out sofa when the pull sofa is needed....it is stored in the hallway closet. It is a 4" Beautyrest pad.
We are a family with 'sand in our shoes' from the Jersey shore...but in the winter we head to The Lower Keys....same love of the water, fishing, boating, family togetherness prevails here as well as in NJ...thankfully!

Venture Out is a densely populated resort....we have the tip of one of the fingers which gives us the privacy, view and access to everything we love with no one looking over our shoulder!
We own the sunrise....the fish swim for us alone...the birds perform their aerial ballet when we are present...the dolphin knock when they swim by....just for us alone....almost honest!
First I want to say that Fran the owner is the best. She made us feel as if we were family. The home was very clean and well kept. She made sure we had everything we needed. The decription online was true to what it said, the best part was being able to sit right out the back door just a few feet from the water and enjoy the sunrise every morning. We really enjoyed grilling and sitting in the dinning area with all of the windows and having the ocean right there. The home is in the perfect location because we were minutes from all of the exciting things to do in the Keys, like golf, house tours, walking Duval street. We rented a golf cart for 4 and toured the Keys area and had a blast, it worked great because it is so crowded and trying to get around in a regular vehicle was horrible, so I really suggest renting one of those, they are really worth it. Fran the owner was very helpful with telling us about great places to eat and they were all great. She was kind enough to hook us up with the community golf outing, and we all had a great time. The home is located in a gated community and is well maintained. There was one Saturday morning the community had a pancake breakfast for anyone to enjoy. Fran had bicycles available at the house, and we were able to ride around the gated community to get around. The area is very clean and all the people are polite. I would recommend this home to anyone. There is nothing negative I could say about our stay there except that we would have loved to of stayed longer. So if we go back to the Keys we would definitely rent this home again. Love you Fran and thanks again for all you did for the crazy crew. Rosa, Phil, Cindy and Randy. Miss you.
We stayed 2 weeks at # 382 this past winter. Found the house to be in very good condition and quite clean. What a wonderful place to relax. The water is just a few steps out the back door. Good snorkeling is just 20' away. The location of the house is one of the best in the Venture out community being right on the water. 20 miles to the west is Key West, and 10 miles to the East is Bahia Honda Key. You can rent a boat & tie up right outside your door. Fran the owner is a wonderful person who offered any help or recommendations needed, otherwise we never saw her, (she lives next door). We hope to be back. Thanks Fran for everything. Andy
Cozy home with the ocean right out the back door for gorgeous sunrise and tons of fish to watch right off the patio. I couldn't be more pleased. A great place for swimming and kayaking as well as just being there on the water. The pool and sauna were so convenient and the use of the bikes made it fun to explore our little place in the sun. I loved the the friendly community, I guess being in the sun makes everyone happy.
This was the perfect house for our vacation! I was a little concerned about privacy when we first arrived at Venture Out because all of the houses were so close to each other, but this house is in a perfect location on the open water and privacy was not an issue. The house was spotlessly clean, fully equipped and tastefully decorated. The bed was very comfortable. Fran was in the neighborhood during our stay and was a wonderful hostess whom we really enjoyed meeting and talking with. My husband liked having the boat right out the front door, and the boat cleaning station was a huge bonus when we were ready to leave. We will definitely be back! Thanks, Fran!

Lobster Weeks in July and August and Christmas and New Year, the rate is $1600 for 4 people plus the other fees of FL tax, cleaning and security deposit. If there are 6 adults occupying the house during these holiday and lobster weeks, the base rate for these dates is $1800 plus the other fees...tax and cleaning added to the base of $1800.
Minimum rental is for 3 nights and the minimum rent is $850 plus the other charges of tax and cleaning fee and security deposit.
When renting for less than a week, the rate is $275 per night plus the additional taxes and cleaning fee and dog fee if applicable.
When renting for more than a week, the additional nightly rate depends on the number of people in the house.
Sales Tax - 12.5%, security deposit, and cleaning fee.
The Required Security Deposit of $500 is refunded if no damage has occurred and no excessive cleaning & laundry is required.
If renting for 4 weeks or more, a discount of 10% is given.
IF ARRANGEMENTS HAVE BEEN MADE WITH US TO HAVE AN ANIMAL ACCOMPANY THE FAMILY, THERE WILL BE AN ADDITIONAL $100 fee for the ANIMAL VISIT.
The Resort charges $50 plus the FL tax which is paid at registration- this payment can be cash or check but can not be paid by credit cards and includes all who will be in the rental unit for that period of time. This allows use of pool, hot tub, tennis courts, boat ramps and many more areas of fun, such as basketball courts, shuffle board, pool table, bocce courts, golf driving net, children's play area, library, and post office.
CHECK IN TIME IS 2:00 PM AND CHECK OUT TIME IS 10:00AM.
THESE TIMES MUST BE OBSERVED TO BE SURE THERE IS ENOUGH TIME BETWEEN RENTALS SO THAT THE HOUSE CAN BE CLEANED AND INSPECTED FOR THE NEXT FAMILY.
We will send you a contract stating the dates etc. with return envelope.
