The Sea Casa has everything you need for a most memorable vacation. It is just a one minute walk to the beach. Experience the 'By Owners' difference. My three homes are equipped with touches and features that I, as an owner, like to see when I am on vacation. For more reviews please go down the page to "guest reviews".

Enjoy the large kitchen that is furnished over and above most. If you like to cook this it! The large island includes an extra 'prep' sink that is handy especially for two people in the kitchen. There are plenty of spacious cupboards and various extra appliances such as a croc pot, water filter, mixer, blender and many more.

The master bedroom sports a king size bed, large closet, ceiling fan, TV and window facing the Gulf. The second bedroom holds a queen bed, large closet, six drawer dresser and is furnished nicely.

The living room/dining room has plenty of comfortable chairs and there is seating for 6 at the dining room table and 4 at the bar area. The sofa makes into a queen bed. There is a 40' flat screen TV in the living room.

The Jack and Jill bathroom has two sinks and toilets with the tub in between, closed off for privacy. The washer/dryer is in the bathroom area.

There is a screened porch with table and chairs for you to enjoy your morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening while watching the sunset. A sunning area is also available on the deck which is furnished with chairs and lounges.

A one car garage can protect your car from the salt air and also provides storage for your fishing equipment, water toys, etc.

We have added a new boardwalk over the dunes to the pet friendly beach. There is a one car garage and an enclosed outdoor hot/cold shower. The home is in wonderful condition. Everyone loves the Sea Casa!!

If you need to vacation away from the crowds and back to nature, this is the place for you. It is the best place to walk for miles along the sandy-white beach, highly rated by Dr. Beach, on the Forgotten Coast of Florida.Enjoy the new bike lane that spans the length of the Cape up to the State Park. Bring your fishing pole and your camera...Horseback riding on the beach! Cape San Blas has natural beauty in abundance, second to none! Please e-mail me for more photos.

We allow up to two medium sized dogs. The pet fee is $112.00 per dog including tax. The type and size of dog allowed is up to the owners' discretion. No cats, owner allergic.

Enjoy the beach which is loaded with shells and is great for surf fishing. It is not unusual to see dolphins swimming by close to shore. The home faces the West so the sunsets are fantastic. There is surfing, kayaking, golfing, hiking, fishing, boating, biking on a nice bike trail and many other activities on the Cape. Visit the rental shop for many great rental items. Rent horses for a romantic moon light ride on the beach at sunset.

For your vacation needs, a very adequate store called the Trading Post is right around the corner. It provides groceries, great take out pizza, a small cafe, fishing and boating supplies, and much more. There is a nice grocery store in Port St. Joe called the Piggly Wiggly and several restaurants. Sea Casa is about 2 1/2 miles from the St.Joe State Park where you can go exploring and snorkeling on the Bay or explore the dunes on the Gulf side. The park also has a nice boat ramp with access to St. Joe Bay. Apalachicola is about a 20 minute drive and sports many small shops and historical interest. Be sure to check out the great seafood there also.

About the Owner

We love this area of Florida and been managing our properties here for more than 20 years. It has so much more ambiance than Destin or Pensacola. We have seen bald eagles, fox, coyote, egrets, great blue herons and lots of dophins. For more reviews please go down this page to "Guest comments"

Guestbook comments from the owner

This is our first stay at Sea Casa and our 1st experience with Coastline Vacation Rentals. I have nothing but glowing reviews for this home, the beach/ocean, and Elizabeth. We spent every day just resting and relaxing. We didn't go anywhere else or do anything else, and this house is perfect to do either! We loved the kitchen + counter. Wonderful!! Even though a second bathroom would have been ideal, the way the Jack/Jill is designed was smart and effective. The screened porch was my favorite place in the home. So relaxing! We will be back!! Next time, we want to snorkel and want to rent a kayak. This time was all R&R! This vacation was NEEDED and I'm thankful we spent our time here.

Sea Case

  • 5 of 5

The home was well kept and fully equipped with everything you need including a well stocked kitchen for making our meals when we ate at the house.. For not being right on the beach it is a mere 1 minute walk to the beautiful ocean, but from the outdoor patio you can enjoy a view and hear the waves. My husband, I and are pup Molly absolutely loved the privacy in the location this house has to offer. We enjoyed the screened in patio and grilling fresh seafood at night for dinner. We can't wait to book our next adventure for next year and return to Sea Case our home away from home little piece of paradise that we fell in love with.

Don't forget to visit the store and ice cream shop and most importantly the donuts which are simply amazing.

Clean nice house, convenient location and great beach area

  • 5 of 5

My husband and I just recently stayed at the Sea Casa and really enjoyed it. It was the perfect size house for us two and our little dog who LOVES the beach. It was convenient to the Trading Post store (where you can pick up pretty much anything you need), an ice machine, ice cream shop, donut shop (get there early they sell out fast!) and much more. The house is exactly like the pictures and just a short minute walk to the beach. Some areas in the Cape seem to have lost a lot of the beach area due to erosion but this area had plenty of room for us to setup our tent and chairs and not worry about the tide coming in.

We found everything we needed for our week long stay in the house. The kitchen is fully stocked, they supplied us with laundry detergent, both charcoal and gas grill and they even had some beach chairs that we used the first day since we hadn't bought our own yet. The basement area was perfect for my husband to store his fishing gear each day as well.

I would definitely stay here again and would recommend anyone else to as well!

Not gulf front, but close enough that it was easy to walk to the beach with a 2 year old. Nice that it is pet friendly. We have small, nice dogs, who loved to get to vacation with us. The layout was nice. I will say unpacking and re-packing was hard due to being in 2nd floor- but this created the nice view. The kitchen equipment could be better- but to be fair I am an avid cook, and so probably expect more. Another wonderful thing- you can walk to the little store near by (which has everything !),

Wonderful place to relax with extremely low commercialization

  • 5 of 5

I am writing this review as I complete a very relaxing week at Cape San Blas staying in Sea Casa. I am a single person who was looking for a small place to rent. I was not disappointed. Sea Casa was well maintained and clean. It is located on a quite street with easy beach access. The kitchen had everything I needed since there are few places to eat on the Cape. I loved the area for running and cycling since it is not congested. The weather for my stay in early May has been exquisite. This is a great beach rental for singles, couples and/or small families who seek a vacation that is truly away from it all! I'll definately come back!

From the Owner

This area is secluded, in comparison to it's flanking markets, such as Destin and Panama City Beach. Much more ambiance than St. George Island and less expensive!

The stars... there is no ambient light illuminating the night sky; only stars. I've never seen so many stars in the night sky.
