About R. Keith Wassmuth
I am a retired business man living in Bucks County, Pennsylvania, USA. I started to vacation in Treasure Island about 1996 because a local friend had moved there. Enjoying the area and community so much, I decided to buy my condo and use it as often as possible. It is my 'home away from home'!
R. Keith Wassmuth purchased this Condo in 2001
Why R. Keith Wassmuth chose Treasure Island
I love the location of my condo. Being right on the inter-coastal in a residential area, it is very very quiet. Besides swimming and sunning at the nearby beach, there's lots of activities such as fairs, concerts and festivals held on the beach. Centrally located and in walking distance to shops, grocery stores and restaurants.

Great condo, great location on the Intercoastal!!
The condo was very clean, updated, and incredibly well stocked. Great view of the Intercoastal, great location to the beach and walking distance to shops, bars & restaurants.
What a gem!
With a beautiful view of the intercoastal waterway, and the entertaining water fowl, this condo provided a quiet, relaxing getaway. Its close proximity to restaurants, grocery store, as well as the beautiful beach allowed us to leave our vehicle and enjoy daily walks instead. The newly remodelled, well- equipped kitchen made meal preparations a pleasure.
Thank you Jerry and family! I always feel so great reading reviews like this about my condo. See you next year!
Perfect December Stay
The condo provided the perfect, relaxing stay over the Holidays. Everything was just as described, but actually so much better -- great views of the intracoastal, immaculately clean and a super kitchen that I would love to have in my home.
It was entirely my pleasure! Thank you!
Condo was exactly as described in the ad.
Condo was very clean and well equipped with all essentials. The view was spectacular and the beach was a 5 minute walk across the street. Also, Johns Pass was a 15 minute walk across a beautiful causeway. The three flights of stairs were only a problem when bringing in groceries. The owner, Keith, was very helpful both before and after my stay. The surrounding area is older bungalow style homes which is very common for Treasure Island. The area was very quiet and overall I was very happy with my stay. Eleanor
Sorry Eleanor you weren't able to give me a 5 star rating. As clearly stated in my ad and that you were aware prior to accepting the rental, there is no elevator in the building. I've made ever effort to make sure you were comfortable during your stay even to the extent of mailing back your personal items left behind.
Heaven on Lagoon Lane
My husband and I stayed five weeks here,we had a wonderful time! The condo was large with two bedrooms two baths a great balcony looking over the intercoastal waterway. Keith gave us all the information we needed on the condo and on the area. I will say, you need to know there is no elevator and there is two flights of stairs. The exercise was good for us, the beach is a block away and we walked it everyday. We have booked for next year, looking forward to it. Thanks again Keith. Bev Snyder
Great Vacation Home
We stayed at this location in May of this year - the owner was very helpful in providing all the information we needed. The condo is spacious, clean and very well maintained. The kitchen provided all the appliances and cooking utensils that we needed and the two bathrooms have recently been updated quite nicely. We would recommend this condo for couples but as there isn't an elevator it isn't suitable for persons unable to walk up three flights of stairs (we enjoyed the exercise!). The condo is a very short walk from the beach and the location directly on the inter-coastal is perfect (we saw manatees and dolphins and lots of different birds).
Located between St. Pete Beach and Madeira Beach with many fabulous
restaurants and shops nearby. Shopping at John's Pass is a must!
Other sites of interest include Busch Gardens, Sea World, Disney and
Universal Studios. Many activities including wind surfing,
parasailing, public beaches, deep sea fishing, snorkelling, golfing
and casino gambling. Short distance to the city of Tampa and St
Petersburg...and don't forget Bay Walk and the new Salvator Dali Museum!!! So much to see and do you won't have time for it all!!!
