Large Designated Parking Space that may fit up to 2 vehicles. (1 large SUV)
Fully stocked kitchen, baths and linens.
Soft top surf boards, boogie boards, beach chairs, towels and umbrellas.
Bikes and coolers upon request.

- We accept online bookings and payments! Please pay by credit card at checkout, OR if you would like to pay by check, please contact us to make arrangements.
- Check-in after 3:00pm. Check-out by 10:00am.
- A security deposit of $500, less the cleaning fee is refundable 24 hours after departure if key is returned and premises left in acceptable condition.
- Information such as obtaining keys and whom to call for assistance will be sent after receipt of final payment.

This is our family's second home, and is not always available because we love to be there! In the past several years, we have only rented to family friends who love and take care of our beach home the way we do! We simply don't have as much beach time as we used to, and we would love for families like ours to be able to enjoy it!

Activity and Interests
Our Condo is steps to the best bay spot in all of South Mission and has quick access to the beach! The bayside offers relaxation for the whole family with calm water and two family parks. The beachside offers amazing waves breaking on a sand bottom, great for bodysurfing, boogie boarding or surfing. In addition, there are miles of boardwalk great for walking, skateboarding, biking and running. You can always find an empty volleyball or basketball court on the beachside at the end of our street.
Unique to South Mission Beach is the historic Belmont Park Amusement Park! Enjoy the fun, and freshly updated attraction that includes convenient dining from upscale to casual in South Mission! Belmont Park is just 1 mile up the boardwalk with Games, Carousel, the Giant Dipper roller coaster and two world renowned WAVE tanks featuring the FlowRider and FlowBarrel waves!
Seaworld is within biking distance, along with sport fishing, kayaking, windsurfing, stand up paddle boarding jet skis, surf lessons and more without leaving Mission Beach!
Ralphs major grocery store is located 2.5 miles up the boardwalk, and select grocery items are available at Mission Market, less than a half mile from the property.
We offer grocery and/or meal services. Whether you have a specific grocery list, food limitations, or menu ideas, we can work with you for either prepared meal or grocery delivery. Please inquire for pricing. Options include Vons Grocery Store, Trader Joe's and Wholefoods.
