Nestled near Naples on a southwest Florida Island, this gated South Seas condominium offers everything you will need for an exotic tropical vacation - including an owner on Marco Island who is available 24/7 any time of year.

Located directly on the beach, adjacent to pristine, undeveloped, TigerTail Beach, this preferred unit is one of the larger units, with incredible beach, pool, and Gulf water views on one side, as well as picturesque Marco Island on the other.

Enjoy lifetime memories from your balcony, and collect shells in the warm waters of a crescent-shaped beach lagoon adjacent to your vacation home.

The living room is elegantly decorated with leather furniture. The kitchen has an open view of the dining room, living room, beach and Gulf of Mexico (kitchens in some units at the South Seas are enclosed, with no view). The master bedroom contains a king-size bed, and has gorgeous pool, beach, and Gulf views. The guest bedroom has two twin beds and an elevated queen-size inflatable bed. The guest bedroom does not have access to the balcony, providing more security for children when parents are asleep. Each bedroom has a full bathroom. All rooms have wireless internet access. If you prefer, there is a cable internet connection in the living room.

The South Seas has a heated swimming pool and an exercise room. Tennis is available for an hourly fee. Covered parking is included. Boat dock rentals are available on a per-night basis.

The South Seas is adjacent to Tigertail Beach, a picturesque thirty-one acre natural preserve and shorebird nesting area. Tigertail Beach offers a picnic area with grills. There is a concession that rents inner tubes, canoes, kayaks, paddleboats, windsurfers, and electric-powered boats, which can be used to explore a tropical lagoon.

Marco Island is a warm, family-oriented community that you will enjoy any time of year.

Thank you for the...beautiful cards. My daughter who stayed in your condo #404 and myself here in #1704 had a wonderful time. Condo is so nice and well stocked with all our needs. My grandsons who are 6 & 4 had a great time at the beach and collecting shells. The lagoon was an experience as the whole family waded across and then to see all the crabs was an experience for all of us. What a great time! The pool was awesome, great weather. We want to return again next year. Thank you!!

Beautiful!

The condo was perfect for us! Big and clean and with amazing views! Bob was super helpful when we lost our key (which was found!), and he didn't make us feel like idiots for it. For the second year staying with Bob, I wouldn't rent from anyone else. Thank you for sharing your home!

Fantastic stay

Condo had everything we needed. Owner sent plenty of information, maps, brochures in advance. Gulf was warm. Sand was soft. We had a great time.

Paradise at South Seas Northwest!

The condo was everything Bob said it would be. Comfortable, clean, home away from home. The view absolutely amazing! Bob was very helpful in sending us useful pamphlets on things to do. His booklet was great with all the information on the condo, nothing was left out. When we took a wrong turn from the airport on arrival Bob was there on the phone helping get back on track. It was very hard leaving paradise. We would definitely return and recommend this condo to anyone.

Awesome Property, Wonderful Vacation

Bob was very easy to work with during the reservation process, very professional, and sent a nice info packet with lease agreement. The condo was great - clean, neat and comfortable. The views from the condo are outstanding, the beach amazing, the weather was terrific. We didn't use the pool because of all the restrictions, although it is a very nice pool and very convenient. Finding the key drop box and condo was easy with Bob's detailed directions and map. Everyone we dealt with at the condo was very pleasant and the staff very polite and professional. We tried a few local restaurants and enjoyed them all. Grocery stores and pharmacies for items needed were very handy and close by. The grounds and common areas of the condo are impeccably maintained. The kids enjoyed searching for shells on the beach and found a lot of great ones. As some others have mentioned it is a bit of a walk to the shore. You can see it from the condo, and the sand is just a few steps from the pool area, but it then is a little bit of a trek to get to the water. Bob thoughtfully provides a beach trolley and wheeled cooler to transport things there. Even with those great conveniences it got a little tiring tugging them through the deeper sand. Our problem was we had to take a lot of stuff with us due to having 5 children ages 2-11. If you just have older children or are just adults, the walk to the beach is no problem and a very pleasant trek. If you have small children, it is still well worth staying here, but you may want to make sure to bring a good stroller that will work well on sand to transport them to the water's edge as their little legs will get tired pretty quickly and Mom and Dad's arms may get tired pretty quickly carrying them and transporting needed equipment as well. We saw dolphins and lots of beautiful birds. A fisherman near us one day caught a tiger shark which was neat to see. We enjoyed some of the tourist attractions in the area including a number of stops in the everglades. All were very enjoyable. Marco Island is a lovely place to visit - clean, upscale and very family friendly. This was a wonderful first family vacation to Florida and we are already planning to contact Bob to make reservations for next year! Thank you Mr. Kimble for letting us use your condo, for the Florida OJ welcome and the beautiful hand drawn notecards left as a gift. You are very thoughtful. Mrs. Kimble is very talented and it was a nice treat to bring home.

The walk across the beach to the Gulf of Mexico shoreline is about 330 yards. The walk to the shoreline of the lagoon on Tigertail Beach is about 100 yards, where you will find a playground with swings and slides, as well as barbeque grills and picnic tables. Tigertail is a good spot for families, and children of all ages for active play. Everglades City is the location of the Everglades National Park headquarters. Many children enjoy their Junior Ranger program. Park rangers distribute booklets of questions. Finding the answers is like a treasure hunt. Once the booklet is completed the child is sworn in as a Junior Ranger and given a badge. Badges can be collected from each of the US National Parks. Thank you for staying with us! What a Fabulous Week!

We are so grateful to Bob and the Kimble family for renting their 17th floor condo to us for our family's spring break trip.

The 2 BR / 2 BA unit was perfectly sized for our family; and the views were simply stunning. It was welcome and convenient to have a full kitchen at our disposal. We ate breakfast and lunch in the unit daily; and then we ventured out to restaurants in Marco Island and Naples for dinners daily.

Bob was a joy to work with in arranging for the rental; and we didn't have a single problem during our visit. We highly recommend this unit and highly recommend Bob!

Parasailing, catamaran and jet-ski rentals are available on the

beach. Golf, sailing and bicycle/scooter rentals are near by on

Marco Island.

There are many excellent restaurants offering a variety of

cuisines.

Within 30 minutes driving distance are airboat tours, and

the famous Williams Roadside Park, which offers exciting views of

Florida alligators in their natural habitat. Floridians travel

hundreds of miles to show this popular attraction to friends and

relatives, so it's an adventure you'll not want to miss.

Airports:

1/2 hour to Naples; 1 hour to Ft. Myers; 1 1/2 hours to Ft.

Lauderdale; 2 hours to Miami; and 3 hours to Tampa. Tampa has many

discount flights. For private aircraft, there is the Marco Island

Airport which has fuel for all aircraft, including jet fuel.

Note: Major car rental agencies in Florida allow rentals from

one Florida airport to be dropped-off at another Florida airport

with no drop charge. If your family's best airfare is to Miami, for

example, renting a car in Miami with a drop in Naples costs no more

than the local rental fee.
